Perhaps the sofa at living room can replace with more comfortable one as the sofa seat is sinking😅

Already back and forth staying in this apartment, clean and cozy. Have tried a few other apartments but to keep this is the best. 👍👍👍

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The sea view was absolutely stunning, it was my favorite part of the stay. As someone who finds peace and healing by looking at the ocean, this view truly touched my heart. My family also really enjoyed our time there and felt very comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely experience – we hope to come back again!

overall very happy to stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, but the toilet flush have a problem, communication with richard very good, richard change the tv because the old tv cannot open and i left behind my things then richard told to collect , 1000/10 ❤️

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

This place feels like home but away from the city and very nice view of the sea. Kitchen has ample things for cooking and big enough as I have to cook light meals for my kids. Instruction given by the host is very easy to follow (for check in & out). The unit has big space for my children and they love the place. Walking distance from the beach and has lots of restaurant/bar/cafe there. Conveniently located at Batu Feringgi. We usually stay at Parkroyal hotel next door but this time we tried Airbnb and it was a wonderful stay. Well Recommended!

The accommodation is impeccable in common (The lobby, elevator) there is a ready night market and a 7eleven right next to the door

The apartment is spacious, luxurious and has lovely beds. The shopping center where it is located upstairs is luxurious and not crowded. The supermarket is opposite the main entrance of the apartment and has a lot of choice. A 7-eleven is around the corner. Beautiful large swimming pool in a garden setting. The location is fine, but is a bit further away from downtown George Town. Fortunately, Grab's are widely available and cheap. The only downside we found was that the apartment is not aimed at cooking for yourself. There were few pans, cutlery, and the like. But that's really the only thing. If we could have stayed longer, we would definitely have!

The place and stay was good. The area family oriented and the direction is clear. Location The place is easy to find and drive to. There is a big garden in front for a walk. 2x Restaurant next to the apartment. Room Clean and acceptable. Furniture is cozy, bed is nice, toilet clean, kitchen have hot cold water machine, tv was amazing. check in easy check in and easy to understand. make sure to read the instruction and guide. overall its a good experience. Owner wipl send communication collect key from guard house. fill up forms. drve in car park. take lift to house. and enjoy the stay. when leaving just clean everything and off all electricity. and return key.

Great place (clean and well supplied) with a great location. The pool and gym were fantastic as well. Amazing restaurants downstairs and very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 4 and we had a wonderful 3-night stay. There was some confusion over the way the AC magnet keys (this was essential to operate the AC units: 1 key per AC) were combined with the door keys but it was all in the way that the owners wanted to encourage energy saving. We had an issue with the permutations of leaving enough AC keys for those remaining in the unit and those who were going out to be able to use the key card for entering the building. The owner responded promptly and explained how it all worked. In particular, the washer in the unit was extremely useful. There was enough detergent to use and ample space to dry our clothes in the "yard". The TV was not as easy to use but we didn't mind as we were able to connect our laptop to watch our own Netflix. Everything else was convenient and we would gladly return!

Definately repeat if we staycation at penang next time..the best house on air bnb ever..

have good seaview and clean room

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The space is big, well-designed, and the lighting at night was perfect—soft and calming, not too bright. Showers were clean and modern, and having a supermarket and restaurants basically in the same building made everything easy. We did run into a few issues though. Our key cards stopped working several times over a few days, which made things feel a bit tense instead of homey. When we arrived, the keys weren’t where they were meant to be, and we ended up waiting about 40 minutes. Wendy did her best to help and seemed genuinely on our side. None of the issues felt like they were caused by her. Despite that, this place still stands out as my favourite Airbnb overall.

Sue Sern is an amazing host. She was very responsive and she accommodated our request for an early arrival with our elderly mom if her home was not occupied. We eventually arrived earlier than our request. Her home is homey. It stands out as having a lovely sea facing view. You can wake up and sit on the balcony to watch the sun rise or even have a cup of coffee there too. Has most things that one would need. The pots and pans can do with a slight refresh but otherwise it was OK. Straits Quay Marina Apartment as the name suggests is by the marina. You can walk around the marina and there are some restaurants, cafes and bars within the facilities. There is also a supermarket too. To get to Gurney and Georgetown is easy and fast. We came to Penang to catch up with friends and for the food. And Sue Sern's home was perfect with its convenient location. Lastly, again, we thank Sue Sern for a great stay.

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool right outside, and there is a food court downstairs. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend this place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.
