Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

The place is clean and well-equipped with complete materials. Ms. Irene was very responsive and helpful. Although I wasn’t able to inform her in advance about bringing a car, she still managed to accommodate us. I would love to book her place again, especially since it’s conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store. The area also has a spacious and comfortable lobby.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. This cozy space is ideal for two guests, with a spacious al fresco dining and cooking area. The sleeping area is smaller than expected and may feel cramped for groups larger than five. The bathroom is compact, with the toilet and shower not separated, meaning they can’t be used simultaneously. There's a dedicated garage connected to the al fresco area. Note that the sleeping area is essentially a container van prefab, and soundproofing could be improved. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential utilities, including an oven and stove. A standout feature is its connection to a sari-sari store, where the caretaker lives. This means you don’t have to leave for snacks, drinks, or toiletries. The space also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 (games include Tekken 7, NBA2K21, Gran Turismo Sport), and effective air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

We loved our stay with Gez's place! it was beautiful and everyone had a lot of fun! You'll get what you see in the photos! There's a lot of things to do as they provided complete game boards, darts, card games and a lot more. The family never got bored. The place is very spacious. Everyone was comfortable. It's clean and the kitchen is complete. Very suitable for big families like ours, team buildings, etc. Overall we are very pleased with our stay! Just a suggestion if ther's any ameneties that's not functioning well, just need to put a note or let the guest know in advance for us to avoid using it. Thank you so much for accommodating us! Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

the place was very homey and the stay in caretaker was very helpful. the mango tree was bountiful and you can pick fruits right from the louge chairs. the open dining living area was conducive to family bonding. the bedrooms were neat and hot showers were readily available.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.

Sir Mark was very responsive and accommodating. The whole process of checking in, staying, and checking out was so smooth and streamlined. He also walked us throughout the whole process of getring there, checking in, and checking out. The unit itself was big, clean, and accessible for our purpose of having a place to stay to attend a concert. Thank you for letting us stay sir, and there will (probably) be a next time :)

From day1 up to the last day of our stay at Sir George's place, everything is in order, the place/venue was quite big and clean. All the corners -- sala, dining, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Overall, it was very relaxing to stay because of the peace and quiet atmosphere. Even the surrounding was peaceful, making our stay-cation a very worthwhile experience.
