The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Villasimius. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history, and art of the native people.
