only thing I can say is that they should have offered me the parking slot in advance as I mentioned I need parking. nonetheless it was perfect and worth every peso.

Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

Our stay was superb. The cozy ambiance made us feel like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The location of the place was accessible and convenient; close to malls, fast food chains, and other places. We enjoyed our time and plan to book again.

Had a wonderful stay in this Unit. I fell like i stays in a First Class 5 Star Hotel Suite. Host Miss Lala is very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I requested for an early check in and it was approved with no problem at all. I surely come back and recommend this to all.

We had a wonderful stay at Shore 1 in Pasay City! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect—close to MOA, restaurants, and transportation. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and made check-in/check-out smooth and hassle-free. They even gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do nearby. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely book again when we’re back in the area!

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! We booked this place 12 hours before check-in, around 12 to 12:30 am because my family all agreed to go. We arrived around 2pm which is 2 hours later than our checkin time and the place is not yet ready. They let us extend our checkout time the following day since there are no bookings after us, probably because it’s a Monday. The place is near public market and stores so you can buy anything you need. The booking was spontaneous but our stay was so good! Thank you so much po! 🤍

A perfect place to spend time with family when you opt for a peaceful nature escape, plus a private lake to swim in right in the backyard of the villa. The surroundings are wide with serene views. We'll be back for sure, but it's much more convenient when the pool is also well-maintained and the beddings are fresh and neat.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.

Kudos to Kuya Noel for being helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice place to chill and relax, perfect view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The place is quiet and serene and very secured. it is also very near to the market, grocery, and stores.

His place is everything we needed. It was spacious and everything was provided. The bathroom sink needed a little scrubbing though but overall, the place was comfy to stay at. Thanks Sir Bien!

This was my family’s first Airbnb experience. The place stood out to us a lot. We were really amazed by the cleanliness, layout, and amenities Mr. Florencio offered us. The view from the balcony was also nice view. The condo was also close to SM light mall which is a great convenience to quickly grab a few things without walking far. Meeting Mr. Florencio in person was also a delight—he was very friendly. He was also very understanding, informative, and helpful while communicating with us. We were saddened our trip to Manila was shortened the Airbnb was like a second home to us and made our experience worthwhile. This airbnb was a perfect little place to stay.

I visit my daughter several times a year in Manila and am always careful about the place we stay in. She loves swimming so my first choice is always a location with a pool. This is right next to the pool, the deep water side but still very nice and convenient to the kids side of the pool. This time I chose shore because they have a great pool. And Anne’s place being on the same floor as the pool is super convenient. She also recommended lots of nice places to visit and try. The bunk bed was sturdy and very convenient for us. Highly recommend.

This was an overall great experience. recommended for groups or families. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. I especially liked the interior design, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay!
