You are at a perfect base for exploring forests by mountain bike, on foot, or by snowshoe, cross country skiing in winter. (Nordic area of Ché 2 km away and alpine area of Prat de Bouc 10 km away with a connection to Lioran station.) The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a mezzanine, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It was renovated in 2024, it is located in the center of the village of Coltines. Ideally located you will find nearby the airfield, Lioran ski resort, Prat de Bouc, Garabit Viaduct, the towns of Murat and Saint Flour, many rivers and the GTMC road. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided.
