Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt bei Lorenzo! Mein Aufenthalt in Orosei war einfach fantastisch – vor allem dank Lorenzo! Vom ersten Moment an war er unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen, um die traumhaften Strände und die Altstadt von Orosei zu erkunden. Besonders gefallen hat mir die entspannte, authentische Atmosphäre – genau das, was man sich für einen Aufenthalt in Sardinien wünscht. Vielen Dank, Lorenzo, für deine Gastfreundschaft und all die tollen Tipps. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Durch die großen Fenster sind die Räume im Erdgeschoss hell und haben eine wahnsinnige Aussicht über die Berge bis zum Meer. Die Kellerräume sind etwas dunkler, aber dafür nachts auch angenehm kühl. Es gibt bei fast allen Zimmern eigene Bäder und im Erdgeschoss noch einmal eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette und eine Dusche. Da wir viel selbst gekocht haben, waren wir von der aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteten Küche begeistert. Es gibt moderne Geräte und alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und vor allem kindersicher durch einen Zaun. Wir hatten hier und da einige Fragen, die uns immer sofort beantwortet wurden. Piero sowie deine Kollegin vor Ort sind wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was friendly and easy. The location was perfect and everything was within reach. The garden was absolutely beautiful, with lavender, rosemary, and a pomegranate tree, all set in the middle of an olive grove. I would definitely come back—highly recommended!

We stayed here during the WRC in Sardinia and really enjoyed it. The location was great for getting to the stages, and the place was super clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and let us check in early, which was really helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, and parking was easy too. Would happily stay again.

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.

We loved this place! The villa looks just like the pictures, and its location was perfect for exploring northern Sardinia. Our highlights? A great BBQ, two amazing dogs, and a fantastic pool. What more do you need? 😉

Daniela war ein super Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, echt toll. So eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Hier war alles da was man braucht, von der Standliege mit Sonnenschirm bis zu kleinen Aufbewahrungsdose für den Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stand in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage mit 5 Häusern. Es gibt einen separaten Strandzugang wo man keine 50m hin läuft. Man merkt das Daniela die Wohnung auch selber nutzt. Hier ist so viele liebe zu Detail das es an nichts fehlt. Der Stand ist super und einen kleinen Imbiss gibt es auch für Snacks und kalte Getränke. Zu Bäcker waren es ca 500m und ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch in der Nähe. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Grundstück und es war auch immer was frei. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

This place was one the best places we stayed during our b&b experience. Listing features were accurate to what it says it was. Apartment was super clean, modern very well maintance and all appliances super good quality made our staying super comfy and easy Mauricio the housekeeper was wonderful and always asking if we need anything. Excellent showers with lots of water pressure and very clean. Thank you Thomas for caring for your guests comfort not all places do and you do.

Le logement était très agréable. Les deux chambres séparées du corps de maison permettaient d’avoir une certaine intimité, parfait pour un groupe d’amis. Tout semblait neuf dans cette maison, le mobilier comme les équipements. La plage à proximité est pleine de charme, surtout au mois d’octobre. Le centre de Palau est à 5 minutes en voiture et 20 minutes à pied et les deux supermarchés sont aussi très proches. Très pratique.

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Anita. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet, sauber, sehr gepflegt und es hat alles was man braucht. Die fantastische Aussicht zum Meer ist das Highlight. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber Leonardo / Annalisa waren immer sehr gut erreichbar und haben auf Fragen schnell reagiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Ort.

Die Villa mit ihrer grossartigen Lage und dem Blick aufs Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenaufgängen und der künstlerischen Innenausstattung hat unsere Ferien auf Sardinien zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Der tiefe Pool mit immer frischem Wasser und die Aussendusche mit Weitblick haben unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und architektonisch beeindruckend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es warteten Begrüßungslebensmittel auf uns – eine schöne Geste. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hatte für alles schnell eine Lösung. Besonders ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns als Familie wichtig war. Ein paar Dinge sind uns aufgefallen: Größere Hunde laufen frei auf dem Gelände, das Haus ist hellhörig, der Kühlschrank nachts laut, und das Duschen war oft kalt. Das Internet funktionierte, aber nicht in jedem Raum stabil. Ein Sonnenschirm draußen hätte uns ebenfalls gefehlt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine großartige Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien!

We had an amazing holiday at Silvia’s house! We could check in very easily and flexible and the communication with Silvia was very helpful, quickly and always friendly! She gave us a lot of tips for must-sees as the most beautiful beaches or gave us a hint for a music festival at Budoni. The place itself is very beautiful, perfectly clean and welcoming! I have to outline the really big equipment of the kitchen which I never had before in an holiday home. We even found a stock of pasta, coffee, wine or oil that we could use at our arrival (and replaced afterwards) - which was so nice after a long flight. The pool was also amazing. It is good to know that there is no wifi 🛜 at home - but in fact it was nice to enjoy a digital detox during our stay. I can only recommend and we will definitely come back for our next holiday on Sardegna!

Marco und Eleonora haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns den früheren Check-In glücklicherweise ermöglichen können. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, was uns für unser Baby wichtig war. Mit Auto (Empfehlung wenn man mit Kindern reist) ist alles innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Nur das Schlafsofa ist nichts für längere Aufenthalte.

Huge villa with a nice private pool , easy to walk to budoni center and beach , Comfortable beds perfect temperature with AC in all rooms and good quality appliances ,by the way friendly and helpful staff , it was a perfect stay for the whole family

Très belle semaine passés a Palau. Très bon échange avec Guido le propriétaire, et Lorenzo, qui nous a accueili et sont également réactif à nos questions. Le gîte etait parfait, très bien situé pour visiter le nord Ouest de la Sardaigne. Beaucoup de chose à proximité, pas besoin de faire trop de voiture pour se déplacer. Région magnifique. On recommande

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!
