I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and refreshingly airy, making it the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The space was well-maintained, with a cozy yet modern design that instantly made me feel at home. Their warm hospitality truly elevated my experience. Located in District 9, this Airbnb is an ideal staycation spot—peaceful yet conveniently accessible. A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Thao’s apartment was just as described and as shown in the picture. The surrounding area has lots of playgrounds, restaurants and there is a new mall at about 15 minutes walk. The grand park was under renovation but once finished it will look amazing. Thao is very accommodating and responsive. The only problematic issues I would mention, is that it is quite far from the city centre as others have stated, but we knew this already and that the fire alarm in the building goes off at least once a day and/or night. This can be annoying and if there is actually a fire, people would probably ignore it at first. However these issues are not Thao’s fault and she was a great host. I can 100% recommend her place to anyone looking for a few days in HCMC.

We had a wonderful time in this clean, modern, very well equipped apartment and close to many shops and restaurants. Mr. Công was very responsive, welcoming and gave us clear instructions for the Check-In and access to the pool. We will come back without hesitation if we have the chance.
