The location is at the center of places I need to get around. There’s always people around which provides a safe feeling. I’m on the 4th floor right next to the washer/dryer, which makes it very convenient for me. I love the fact that Manuka has been very responsive & took action from my recommendations right away. Awesome host & location. I’m happy with everything besides the little unexpected incident I had, which Manuka solved it right away. I’m glad I chose this place because it was actually better than expected.

This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

Lovely property with great attractions. Great pool area. The hosts were super helpful and the property was as described. Slightly out of the city centre but we knew this before booking.

The room is clean and tidy, transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the surrounding area. I will choose to stay here again next time!

Gabriel did his best to answer our inquiries and check in was a breeze. Instructions and rules were provided beforehand, which we appreciate. Towels and toiletries were also available for each room. We requested for early check in, and we didn't have problems with making the arrangements with the host. Wifi connection is a bit challenging and on the second night, we couldn't watch Netflix and Youtube in the tv as it couldn't connect to the router, not a deal breaker though. It's easy to book Grab Food delivery, as there are a lot of restaurant options in the area. This is helpful when you're tired to go out esp on the first day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I booked this place for my mom who was visiting family in Vietnam. They really enjoyed the home. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and location was convenient. Communication w host was seamless. Thank you!

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

Xelu is a really nice and supportive host. The house in reality looks exactly like the images on Airbnb. Spacious living room, cozy and full lighting bedrooms, good smell, relaxing view. I definitely will comeback one day :)
