This place is nice and clean. Very safe with all security guards. Beautiful pool and gym. Yolanda & her husband are so friendly and helpful. Ha Do apartment building is modern. In district 10 but it’s easy to go to different areas and good foods around this area. Highly recommend for foreigners who wants to find a place not expensive like district 1 but convenient ,affordable and beautiful like here.

Generally nice and comfortable apartment for a friend group! Nice interior design, but common toilet had no curtain. And there was a cockroach in my shoe on one of the days there 😭

The new apartment building was in good condition, and the view of Saigon River, Landmark Tower, and Golden River were on a high floor. It was also convenient to use the amenities. I highly recommend it because it has good accessibility to Taodien and Group 1.

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean.
