Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tân Bình

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Great apartment that felt like home. Everything was clean and all supplies necessary were already included inside the apartment. I will definitely stay again. Convenient enough to get into district 1 (about 15-25min via Grab depending on traffic).

I stayed at Truong's place for 11 day, the duration of my time in HCMC while working on authoring a novel. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, and exactly as described in the listing. Truong was very helpful and accommodating with regards to the check-in; he provided helpful, locally-oriented information; and was able to make a couple of adjustments to ensure that my stay would be more comfortable. The space was simple, but well-equipped, with good Wi-Fi and A/C. The location was unique—not super "walkable" from a tourists' perspective, but was ideally situated for longer-term guests. There was a large park around the block, which was ideally suited for running on a regular basis. There was a good gym down the street from the park (Leo's Gym & Yoga,) with a fantastic bakery / banh mi shop across the street. It was also super close to the airport (five minutes with Grab.) Finally, the local bus (3) let off across the street and picked up around the block—easy access to D1.

There’s something special about the quiet alley where this building is located. It’s peaceful, yet so close to everything you need. A great spot for resting before late flights, literally took 5mins to get to the Airport.

門口有一間在地河粉，當早餐還不錯，還有一間烤肉的店，味道很香！也美味 地點方便而且不吵鬧，離機場車程也不遠 房東有耐心且和善，積極的協助房客的問題，室內佈置很溫馨，許多植物，又有可愛的廚房可以使用

Mọi thứ đều tốt cả, điều mình thực sự thích là không gian bếp, rộng và đầy đủ mọi thứ dụng cụ để nấu 1 bữa ăn từ cơ bản đến trung bình. Rất thích bộ dao, sử dụng rất tốt. Vị trí gần trung tâm cũng là ưu điểm vì gần để tiếp cận trung tâm thành phố và các dịch vụ khác. Có điều hi vọng đường CMT8 sắp tới được mở rộng hơn để tiện di chuyển, vì hay kẹt xe lắm, tất nhiên điều này thì home ko quyết định được.

This place is really nice and has a nice home feel. The space in the room is really spacious. The hostess is super nice and accommodating. Would stay again!

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!
