Vacation rentals with a patio in Tân Bình

We had a wonderful time during our stay here at the Amable Home. The staffs are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The room is clean and has great views. They also have a very cute dog. Overall, we had a great stay and will return to this facility on our next trip in Saigon.

Mọi thứ đều tốt cả, điều mình thực sự thích là không gian bếp, rộng và đầy đủ mọi thứ dụng cụ để nấu 1 bữa ăn từ cơ bản đến trung bình. Rất thích bộ dao, sử dụng rất tốt. Vị trí gần trung tâm cũng là ưu điểm vì gần để tiếp cận trung tâm thành phố và các dịch vụ khác. Có điều hi vọng đường CMT8 sắp tới được mở rộng hơn để tiện di chuyển, vì hay kẹt xe lắm, tất nhiên điều này thì home ko quyết định được.

I really like the stay and the apartment-home vibes. It is definitely worth the price. Khan is always responsive and very helpful.

Charming studio in an alley off the main road. If you want a true locals experience with modern amenities, this is the place for you. Loved the design, space, and especially the balcony was perfect to spend time drinking coffee. The cafe downstairs serves amazing coffee and matcha. I couldn't have asked for more. If I'm ever in Saigon again, I'll rebook this in a heartbeat 💓

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.

Great location. The apartment was very comfortable. Has a family mart and coffee shop nearby. Very convenient.

Это очень дружелюбный арендодатель. Сама квартира немного более "потертая", чем на фото, тем не менее там было уютно и комфортно жить. В квартире было все необходимое, в том числе полотенца, и бесплатный бассейн, где приятно проводить время. В квартире было тихо, однако имейте в виду, что это очень шумный район Хошимина, на балконе / в бассейне очень шумно! Наше общее впечатление положительное! Примерно 4.7-4.8 / 5. Все таки это не дешевое жилье, но оно хорошо расположено и соответствует своей цене. Лайк!
