Le logement était très bien dans l'ensemble. À l'écart du boulevard donc très silencieux. Ce n'est pas un problème tant qu'on répond à la demande du client mais je n'ai jamais su à qui j'envoyais les messages, parfois c'était Tuan, parfois sa sœur, parfois un autre membre de sa famille... mais bon ils trouvaient une solution ou une réponse à mes questions sans difficulté 👍. il y a juste un mauvais point : le mécanisme pour remplir automatiquement la chasse d'eau des toilettes était presque complètement bouché par le calcaire, mais heureusement au Viêtnam il y a toujours un pistolet à eau avec les toilettes, du coup je remplissais manuellement en 40 secondes le réservoir d'eau avec le pistolet à eau juste à côté. entre le logement et le(s) propriétaire tout c'est bien déroulé pendant mon mois de séjour à Hô Chi Minh Ville.

one of the most spotless apartments l have stayed in had some basic sauces and spices, and a can of bug spray that wasn't needed.

Thus was a very hospitable Host, who at the last minute was able to help me as my surgery was delayed, another couple of days. and though I did have to move rooms, I did not have to change hotels which was extremely convenient. She also had the staff wash my clothes, not having a washer on the new room, she made every effort to keep me happy and make my stay perfect it's the little things that mean so much! Thank you Thuý!!

Basic room and kitchen, good for a stay of one week what I did. Quiet room in district 10. i like staying here. much is walkable or grabbable. I slept very well. Wifi is okay. Hope to stay here again at a next visit!!

I'd rate them more than 5 stars if I could. The place is a dream—the room is very clean, the internet is fast, loved the washer and dryer (super super convenient!). The local recommendations guide is super helpful, too. Wish I had more time to check every single place they listed. The hosts are incredibly proactive and checked on me from time to time even if I didn't ask for any assistance. Cannot recommend them enough and I will book them if I ever plan on visiting Ho Chi Minh again in the future.

Đây là 1 trong số căn phòng đẹp và rộng nhất tôi được ở, cảm giác được thư giãn khi ngâm mình trong bồn tắm chill cùng những bản nhạc quen thuộc. Tivi lớn thông minh , tôi đã xem bộ phim hay trên Netflix. Thật độc đáo khi căn phòng có tới 2 ban công, phía trước nhộn nhịp và hữu ích khi có cửa hàng tiện lợi ngay bên đường, tôi đã tận hưởng gió mát khi ngồi ngắm sao ở ban công phía sau. Cuối cùng là nệm cực êm và drap trải giường lụa rất mát , tôi đã có 1 giấc ngủ rất ngon. 1 chút vấn đề khi đi thang bộ nhưng nó rộng rãi và thoáng mát. Khánh đã hỗ trợ tôi mang hành lý lên tận phòng , rất tuyệt vời . Thực sự nhớ căn phòng và mong có dịp sẽ quay lại, rất khuyên dùng.

Cozy hidden space for healing souls. Recommend for all guys who love natural and japanese minimalism style. Near by airport and just about 10 mins heads to downtown so good with reasonable price 🤟🏻 the neighbor is so cool but peace and quiet. This was so nice to get great memories here with my partner.

Hue was really kind and accepted us as guests at the really last minute. He was helpful, giving instructions and He responded in time. His house was clean and felt like home. It was really comfortable and spacious. We liked everything it was a good experience overall and thank you for the opportunity. I can bravely recommend staying here!

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

I travel to HCMC frequently and have stayed at at least 4 major hotels. This was my first Airbnb experience in this city and it was fantastic. Tram's apartment is in the same building as the 5-star Holiday Inn Hotel and as her guest you get to enjoy access to much that the hotel has to offer, including its opulent and bigger-than-olympic-sized pool, its spa and its restaurants. Apartment goers have their own dedicated gym, which is better than those of any of the other hotels I've stayed at an entirely comparable to the Holiday Inn Gym. The room was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. While I enjoy eating out, on this occasion I also enjoyed cooking my own meals in the apartment. Any neighbors I crossed paths with in the elevator or corridor were delightful. The prime location of this unit in the middle of the Tan Binh district is another plus. Lastly, Tram was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions during my 3-week stay here. Highly recommend.
