Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tamuning

First off, the home was beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious and very private. I brought my elderly parents and my 4 young children for a vacation and Cory was very accommodating! Every time we needed assistance- he was quick and easily to get ahold of. We also extended twice and it was not a problem at all! I highly recommend Cory and the gang along with this home. We will surely be back to islands and this is exactly where we will be 👍🏼

Cory is an amazing host! He is responsive, friendly and accommodating! The stay was a very pleasant one overall! Pros: - The living space and bedrooms are clean and comfy to be in! - Quiet location - Easy check-in and out - Has everything needed for the stay to feel complete - cleaning supplies, enough towels, kitchen supplies, ample paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, etc… - Huge tv in the living room and another one in a bedroom Cons: - Pictures of listing need some updating - Massage chair makes a loud beeping sound and at the time of rental, it was not free to use. You’d have to pay for it - kitchen stove needs maintenence or changing - You would have to walk across the road to get to the beach All the cons are small and very minor and I’m very sure after speaking with Cory, they could be addressed as he is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you again Cory. Looking forward to future stays with listings you’re hosting.

House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

Brian went above and beyond ensuring everything was taken care of! He is a great Host! He made me feel right at home and set the Highest example of what a BnB should be! House is very comfortable and the temperature throughout the home is spot on! My room was very comfortable and I felt like it was my own personal room! I HIGHLY recommend Brian for any guest looking for a great place to stay!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, Alicia was welcoming and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with tropical scenery and cocunut trees. I would stay here again.

I took my mom and her friends (they are in 70's) for a get-away trip for 4 nights. The island was beautiful and the property was wonderful. It takes 1 minute walking to the ocean front from our room. Very peaceful. Friendly helpers and neighbors. 5 big stars! I def. will come again.

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.

Stewart was a very accommodating & responsive host. Awesome place with all the basic necessities. The location of the home is a big plus, with easy access to the main road and to Tumon. Felt right at home in this airbnb, will definitely come back again. Thank you Stewart.

it's easy to find in a great area. Facing west with a community deck area to watch sunsets if you don't want to be on the beach. the place was very clean and we'll equipped.

My other half and I were looking for somewhere to stay last minute and Ken’s listing caught our attention for 1) the location and 2) the price. This would be both our first time using AirBnB and we were a little skeptical at first. Even before reserving the place , he was very accommodating and understanding with our situation and had us look at the place before any commitment was made. We were welcomed with open arms and his hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. The place has an amazing balcony view of Apra Harbor and is so relaxing to just walk out and be offered such a scene. Ken was always accommodating with the odd times we would come and go from the place and never did we feel unwelcome. The place is homey and Ken is more than we could have asked for in a housemate and a host. All the amenities were available at our preference and it was a comforting feeling know we had a place to go to at the end of each long day that felt like a home. One very important thing , the bed is out of this world comfortable ! Memory foam and the option to lift/lower the bottom or top half of the bed was very luxurious to us. We jokingly asked if we could buy the bed when we were checking out ☺️ We would definitely reserve this place again even just as a “weekend getaway” for Ken’s true “Hafa Adai” hospitality and making his place a home away from home for us. Beautiful condo in a fabulous location. A five minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the island. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals.

Roomy clean condo with gorgeous view. Easy short ride to the downtown area.

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam
