Vacation rentals with beach access in Tamuning

Ani is a very friendly host! The place was very clean and modern, kept well cooled, and big enough for two people to have a good space. Big comfy bed, nice little kitchen. Was in a little gated compound so it’s nice and private, very quiet surroundings, enjoyed the peace. Ani was very responsive and there to help when needed! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great stay at Teogenesa's place. Host was very accommodating for I needed to extend twice. Place is nice, comfortable and had just about everything we could ask for. Host left me some complementary items that I enjoyed and showed they cared. Host always responded quickly when needed to contact her. I recommend.

Great apartment very convenient for people who like night life. Located right near a bunch of bars and reatraunts but still quiet and peaceful for sleep. Close to the airport and a great value. I definately reccomend staying here.

We were four adults and two young children and we had plenty of space. The kitchen equipment was above average, washer and dryer were both in good condition and easy to use. The A/C was cold and the shower water was hot. We’d stay again.

徒歩すぐに綺麗なビーチに到着する、素晴らしい立地です！観光地のタモンからは少し距離があるので、閑静なところですが、タモンにはタクシーですぐに行くことができるので便利でした。またアウトレットやたくさんの飲食店、スーパーが徒歩数十分の圏内にあるので、特に食事や買い物に困ることも無かったです。 部屋の中も写真の通りでとても綺麗でした。1週間程度の生活に必要な最低限のものは揃っていました。ホストの方からの返信も迅速でとても助かりました。 ただ、野生のニワトリが騒がしかったです。

This place was really nice, location was great, the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. The area is quiet, and perfect for watching the sunset. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all the amenities listed in the description. Stayed there for a week and had no issues whatsoever. Anna was very helpful, and easy to reach for any questions. Overall, a great experience.

it's easy to find in a great area. Facing west with a community deck area to watch sunsets if you don't want to be on the beach. the place was very clean and we'll equipped.

First off, the home was beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious and very private. I brought my elderly parents and my 4 young children for a vacation and Cory was very accommodating! Every time we needed assistance- he was quick and easily to get ahold of. We also extended twice and it was not a problem at all! I highly recommend Cory and the gang along with this home. We will surely be back to islands and this is exactly where we will be 👍🏼

Cory is an amazing host! He is responsive, friendly and accommodating! The stay was a very pleasant one overall! Pros: - The living space and bedrooms are clean and comfy to be in! - Quiet location - Easy check-in and out - Has everything needed for the stay to feel complete - cleaning supplies, enough towels, kitchen supplies, ample paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, etc… - Huge tv in the living room and another one in a bedroom Cons: - Pictures of listing need some updating - Massage chair makes a loud beeping sound and at the time of rental, it was not free to use. You’d have to pay for it - kitchen stove needs maintenence or changing - You would have to walk across the road to get to the beach All the cons are small and very minor and I’m very sure after speaking with Cory, they could be addressed as he is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you again Cory. Looking forward to future stays with listings you’re hosting.

とても快適に過ごすことができました。 決まり事も張り紙がしてありわかりやすいです。 またモールやビーチからとても近く、ガソリンスタンドも近くにありアクセスがとても良いです。 チェックイン時も建物が少しわかりづらいですが、とても受付の方が感じよく迎えてくださり、ここのおかげでとても良い滞在になりました。 とてもおすすめの宿です。 ありがとうございました。

House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

first time in a shared space, the other tenants were respectable and cleaned after themselves, oka is a great place in the heart of tumon, and the host was responsive and hospitable

Kukuri’s condo is exceptional…in quality, ambiance, safety, comfort and price. Everything was wonderful, from the clean and well-decorated rooms to the comfy furnishings and gorgeous views from the balcony and windows. It is definitely a home away from home. Kukuri is responsive, informative, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb.

Dina’s place is conveniently located and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The home was cozy and clean with plenty of little amenities that may be needed during the stay! Dina was very flexible and responsive when it came to any issues or questions. I highly recommend staying if visiting Guam

This is a cozy three bedroom apartment. We rented two bedrooms of it. Pretty inner design, excellent location (walking distance to beach). WiFi is strong. Assigned parking. Vma replaced the air condition in the living room the same day I told her the old one had some issue. And she also brought us bathroom and kitchen supplies when they run out.

Beautiful condo in a fabulous location. A five minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the island. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals.

We loved the location and it being right on the beach was just what we were wanting. It was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. They do need to stock their kitchen with basic things like dish soap , garbage bags , paper towels , measuring cups, salt pepper a few bowls for cooking. We had to go buy those. Otherwise an amazing place
