Time out at the estate for romantics and those seeking relaxation. The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. The wonderful property is located on a slightly elevated spot above the valley and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. The farm shop "Fischerei Zur Alten Mühle" is open every Friday.

Relax vacation home

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. Partly with a view of Lake Millstätter See. The house itself is in a quiet location at 840m above sea level. It was built in the 60s and converted in the 70s and was operated as a bed and breakfast. After it was closed and sold, we are now rebuilding it into holiday apartments.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Enjoy the sauna, games room, and garden. Geothermal heating keeps you cozy. Winter offers ice skating on the nearby lake, skiing 15 mins away. Summers bring watersports, golf, hiking, biking, and Europe's best flow trail. Pet-friendly on request!

Villa Müller Kestrel

Located in Ossiach, the holiday apartment 'Villa Müller Turmfalke' offers guests a fantastic view of the lake. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available.

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. When you rent you can enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a Gastein paradise.
