Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

Great location, responsive owner, super clean and lots of space (bigger than it looks in the pics) We stayed here right before going on a cruise and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The building itself is a little fussy, but thats not the owners fault, as this is primarily an apartment residence. Just pay attention to the detailed parking instructions they give you and points and times of access. Other than that, there’s a Starbucks and dominos right downstairs and of course, close proximity to riverwalk.

This was the perfect homebase for our beach vacation! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful landscaping! Eric provided a lot of beach amenities like a cooler, chairs, and a wagon that made the vacation just that much easier. We’ll definitely stay here again.

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Place was clean and nice. Room was directly across from hotel pool and beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Paid parking lots next door if you have visitors.

Great place to stay! The location was perfect. Quick uber rides to all the main spots. Rafael was awesome. Friendly, quick to respond, and had everything described perfectly for our stay.

It’s as comfortable as being at home – the house has everything you need to cook for yourself, including a stove, oven, microwave, and an outdoor grill, as well as plenty of space to store food. This is a private, fully equipped house with all the comforts you could want. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay. Thank you!

Nathaniel’s place was as described. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, great water pressure, location was great, 15-20 minutes to most places. Communication was great, will definitely stay there again, next time I am in Tampa.

Excellent location! Less than 10 minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Pool was a huge bonus as all of my kids spent a lot of time in it when we weren't on the beach. Host had a good amount of staples and snacks on hand, which was a nice bonus.

Loved Justin's place. Very spacious. Definitely accommodating for a family of 10. Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the Tampa area. Close enough to cruise port and airport. Best part of the morning was the multiple versions of coffee pots !

This place is phenomenal. Three couples stayed here for the weekend & it was beyond perfect. We didn’t leave once on Saturday! The pool is so nice & the outdoor grilling area is insane! The inside was so clean & spacious & I have never stayed at a place with such a well stocked kitchen. I would 100% stay here again, we were all so sad to leave! Definitely would have paid double what we did to stay here!

My friend and I had a great stay at Lisa's place. It's a short walk to the main downtown area and the included bikes were handy for going a bit further to explore the surrounding area along the greenway!

We only stayed for 1 night, but everything was just as described. The home was very nice, well stocked kitchen, linens, beach gear, pool access and clean! Caleb provided very clear instructions for entry options, WiFi and even television names for those who like to stream/cast. The checkout requests were very reasonable (take out trash, empty fridge and food, gather towels if possible) unlike some hosts who require you to clean the entire place in addition to a cleaning fee. Great access to beaches, restaurants and even a golf cart if needed (we didn't for just the one night but would have been great for a longer stay). I'd challenge anyone to find a better spot for 4-8 people in IRB. I'd certainly stay here again.

Such a nice property ... We came in from CT to watch my daughter graduate from UTampa... It was nice to have a pool & a game room .. We did not have a great week weather wise but it did not matter, there were family memories made & we enjoyed watching younger ones use the game room & pool... Location is tucked away private but there is a whole foods & publix & many restaurants right around corner...

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

The condo was perfect! Had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We felt right at home. The host checked in on us and gave great recommendations for local spots. Home away from home!
