Vacation rentals in Tam Diep

I had an amazing stay at Cozy Son hotel. There was really personal care taken by Linh and his family throughout my stay from renting a motorbike and bicycle, helping me with my bus tickets or just helping me with cash when I lost my debit card during my trip. It was just a great experience and the rooms are big, soft cushions and really great location bit away from hustle and bustle of main Tam Coc market. Highly recommend the stay here.

Staying at this Airbnb was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and caring, always checking in on us, helping with our itinerary, and even booking our bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa and Grab rides when needed. The place was super clean, cozy, and homey, with a great heater and a perfect location near the main street—walking around was such a joy! They also offered bike and motorcycle rentals, which made exploring even easier. A wonderful bonus was the free breakfast, which felt homemade and comforting. They even provided laundry services, making our stay extra convenient. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like family. We’re beyond grateful for this experience and will highly recommend it to friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay stay at Green Peace Bungalow. They were very accommodating and responsive. The location is great within the town, close to everything and the Bungalow itself was very cute Homestay! Definitely recommend

Perfect stay! The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well, including the heating mode for cold days. The bathroom is large, and the hot shower has great water pressure. Tân and her family are extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us many tips on things to do in the area and always responded promptly whenever we needed anything. The included breakfast is delicious and has a good portion size to start the day well (the ginger tea is magnificent!). Great location right in the center, close to restaurants, shops, and the departure points for transfers and tours. At the same time, it’s on a quiet and peaceful street. The only downside is that the WiFi is quite unstable, so it’s not suitable for working for long periods. My wife and I loved this stay and didn’t want to leave!

Hue was an extreme delight. She gave us early checkin and also helped us with the transport. The place is pristine, cozy and peaceful. It is very close to Tam coc boat ride starting point, making it really accessible.

We enjoyed our 3-day stay at Doan's very much. The homestay is welcoming and peaceful: you immediately feel very good there. Our bungalow matches the listing photos perfectly. Bonus: breakfast is really excellent! We were fortunate to meet Doan's sister who is studying French and who advised us like a pro for our visits and activities in the area: thank you again!! 🥰

It has the beautiful river view... feeling very relaxed, peaceful, and calm in the morning... The room is clean, and spacious... Truly like the services, and people there... they treat you really nice, and good care... We definitely want to stay this hotel again if we ever come back Ninh Binh...

If you want to enjoy a carefree and pleasant stay in Ninh Binh, this is the place for you. When you enter the homestay, you are greeted by a pleasant floral scent of flowers which grow in the reception area. We were warmly welcomed by our host with small snacks. You immediately feel at home. The host looks after you like a good friend. We didn't have to worry about anything. Whether it was tips for the area or organizing the night bus, she helped us with everything. What's more, the accommodation, which ist part of a small complex of other accomodations, with the pool directly in front of the room feels like an oasis of well-being. The bus station and restaurants are within walking distance. The major sights are just a few minutes away by bicycle. We spontaneously booked one more night. Thank you for all and keep up the good work :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Tam Coc Full House! The hosts are really welcoming and helpful - they can arrange bicycle and moped hire, tours and onward travel. The room was clean and spacious and looked just like the pictures! The breakfast was good with lots of choice. The location is fantastic - walking distance to loads of great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
