There is space for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the romantic garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill out. For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

We invite you to our spacious apartments in the heart of the beautiful city of Chemnitz. The apartment features two large beds and a spacious sofa with additional sleeping areas, as well as two big TVs equipped with a PlayStation 5. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven and a coffee machine. There is also a wardrobe with a washing machine in the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.
