Lovely house and pool. Quiet by Mexican standards. Best to have a car to get around. Magda lives on site so it’s easy to talk to her if you need something or have a question. Obed the property caretaker comes just about daily in the mornings to service the pool. The location means the property is a little more prone to bugs, but you also have the opportunity to see much more wildlife.

The extra charge for the pet seemed a little excessive to me, being almost 10% more than the cost of the total rent of the house.

I recently stayed at Alejandras Airbnb in Privada Caracol, and I had an amazing experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt at home right away. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a shopping mall and restaurants. I especially appreciated the host Itxchel she was responsive & always made sure my questions were being answered, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Sergio was always attentive from the moment of booking, he always responded to my messages and questions, he responded to messages super fast, the pool was super nice, without a doubt it was a very good stay.

This space is truly like a castle. The views are absolutely amazing and the rooms are lavish. Perfect for a large group. David, the property manager, is helpful and can arrange for anything that is needed. A very unique spot at incredible value.

It is an excellent option to go with the family, Humberto is a super host and the house is very spacious and very comfortable, we were very comfortable.

The place is nice, safe, clean and pleasant, just what we were looking for!! I must mention that the apartment is in a 4to piso no elevator, we carry a vehicle, but it is retired from the tourist area.
