Lovely house and pool. Quiet by Mexican standards. Best to have a car to get around. Magda lives on site so it’s easy to talk to her if you need something or have a question. Obed the property caretaker comes just about daily in the mornings to service the pool. The location means the property is a little more prone to bugs, but you also have the opportunity to see much more wildlife.

I recently stayed at Alejandras Airbnb in Privada Caracol, and I had an amazing experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt at home right away. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a shopping mall and restaurants. I especially appreciated the host Itxchel she was responsive & always made sure my questions were being answered, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Sergio se mostró siempre atento desde el momento de realizar la reservación, en todos momento respondió mis mensajes y dudas, los mensajes los respondía super rápido, la alberca super agradable, sin duda alguna fue una muy buena estancia.

This space is truly like a castle. The views are absolutely amazing and the rooms are lavish. Perfect for a large group. David, the property manager, is helpful and can arrange for anything that is needed. A very unique spot at incredible value.

Es una excelente opción para ir con la familia, Humberto es un super anfrition y la casa es muy amplia y muy comoda, estuvimos muy comodos.

El lugar es bonito, seguro, limpio y agradable, justo lo que buscábamos!! debo mencionar que el departamento está en un 4to piso no hay elevador, nosotros llevamos vehículo, pero está retirado de la zona turística.
