In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

Located in the center of Meschers, a village of caves, cliffs and discreet coves, our house, which is over 150 years old, is a stone's throw from the market, all amenities and 900 m from Plage des Nonnes (sailing school, catamaran, swimming,) in the bedroom we have 1 bed of 140 and in the kitchen area 1 bed of 120 and if you want me to prepare the beds for €20 to be paid on site, please let me know when booking

Vergnes beach is 600 m away, very easy access on foot, 7 km away is the listed village of Talmont (accessible by bike via a bike path).
