This charming studio is superbly located and has everything you need at your fingertips. The flat is well-equipped, spacious (37 m2), and conveniently located on the second floor, accessible by lift. From the large window, there is a calming view of the park. The Kalamaja area is calm. Relax in the park, enjoy the new and vibrant sea area, eat pizza or sushi next door, or stroll to the well-stocked shopping center. Old Town is also within walking distance. There are many transportation options.

The apartment is located in the exclusive Kalaranna neighbourhood, exactly by the seaside and on the edge of medieval old town. Getting around is really easy - the old town is a 10-min walk, famous Seaplane Harbour Museum and Creative Hub are just 5-minutes, and the ferry ports for Helsinki and Stockholm are about a 15-minute walk away. Kids friendly location. Free parking available on the premise upon request.
