There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. A small family yacht is ready to invite guests to stay overnight. There are 4 beds (1 king-size and 2 single) a gas stove, sink and toilet. Moored in the Summer port (Lennusadam), 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. It is a unique experience of living on the water and an opportunity to get new impressions. NB!
