Monthly Rentals in Tallawarra Point

Had a fantastic stay at the green room, loved everything about the space. Felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and when I had an issue with the oven they went over and above make sure it was handled in the best way possible. Truly grateful for the stay and thankful to have chosen their space over others. Thanks for everything!

We had a perfect Easter long weekend with my husband and two kids. Joe was wonderful to communicate with and kindly allowed us to have an early check in. The accomodation was exactly as pictures, was very clean and we felt at home. It was well stocked with the essentials, and we appreciated the small touches that made us feel welcome like complimentary water bottles, apples and sweets/easter eggs for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Our favourite thing was it was so close to explore the area - the beaches, Kiama blowhole, marina and restaurants. I also enjoyed having a cuppa on the balcony looking out to the view of the ocean, as we are high up.

Ann was very responsive from the start and more than happy to help with any questions. Her place was quiet and leafy, prefect for relaxing and enjoing the pool and hot tub. The pool table is in great condition. The kitchen is well stocked with tea and cooking basics (I made lasagne). Plenty of easily accessible power points! Lots of extra blankets, but the beds were cosy as is. Thanks for an easy and lovely stay, Ann!

A terrific location and lovely, friendly, responsive hosts, definitely recommend for those travelling to Lake Illawarra and the Shellharbour region.
