Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Talladega County

The home was perfect for our yearly spring fishing trip having a boat launch in the back yard and dock. We come to Logan Martin every year in April and have stayed with several other host but this place "location wise" was probably the best. Was hoping to be able to use the dock slips but they had boats in them. Also the thermostat kept changing to 80 degrees. We would leave for a couple hours fishing and come back and inside the home was hot. Other than that everything was great. Would stay again.

Words cannot fully capture the warm feeling I experienced when I opened the door to Miss Roxanne's home and life. Roxanne is an artist whose art adorns the walls, creating a fabulous atmosphere. The house is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. The kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and enjoying family meals easy. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the lake steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Miss Roxanne and Mr.Tom, who lives next door. They are so kind and have great stories about the history of the area and their homes. The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer!

I've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one was the best stocked and the best for entertaining of all the places I've stayed. We in town for a competition. My son wanted us to rent this house because it looked like it would be a great option for hosting his teammates and friends while we were in Alabama. He was so right! We had visitors stop by four of the five nights we were there, including one night where we hosted the entire team. (Note: I asked and received permission for the 10+ families to have dinner there and volunteered that we wouldn't be drinking alcohol.) Every single parent gushed over the facilities. The kids had a blast. We used the grill, the pool, the fire pit, the kitchen and the various seating areas. It was such a fun night! Also, I really appreciated that the hosts trusted that their guests will treat their property well. Everything in the bathroom and kitchen were so well stocked.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rustic Elegance. The setting is beautiful beyond description, and it is worth waking up early for the sunrises over the lake. We were lucky to see a Barred Owl perched on a stump just off the patio, and enjoyed watching the herons, cranes, eagles and osprey feeding on the lake each day. The house was well appointed, and worked out perfectly for our family. The spa like feel made us wish we could stay longer. We hope to return in future years when traveling to this area!

Perfect for my family with small kids. An open layout for the communal spaces, and no clutter made it safe for my toddlers to hang out.

This property is beautiful and had so many extras. Yall thought of everything and it made our stay extra special. We enjoyed hosting our family here for Thanksgiving. We will definitely be booking in the warmer months. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. The pictures didnt do justice to how truly special it is.

The Riverside Retreat has lots of space for big groups, and it would be a good deal if your group is indeed large. For a smaller family (4), and it being wintertime, we didn't feel like we got as much bang for our buck. That said, the surroundings are lovely, and the back porch area as well as the dock and all the water toys (kayaks, peddle boat, etc.) would be super fun in warmer, drier weather.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The cottage in comfortable and had everything we needed. The location and grounds were picture perfect. I wish we had a boat to take full advantage of the dock and gorgeous lake, but it was still a peaceful place to rest up.

We stayed here for a Bass tournament out of Lincoln landing and it was great. 3 miles by water 6 miles by truck

If you’re looking for a beautiful secluded place to enjoy your stay…..I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful property right on the lake with a private dock and it also has a nice boat ramp. I woke to the beautiful sound of fish swirling on top of the water and also got to relax watching the ducks peacefully swimming around.🫠🫠🫠 Host is also very responsive and very friendly…Definitely worth the visit.

I am not a nature girl but I will be booking this cabin again soon! That’s just how amazing it was! The scenery lake view and privacy is incredible. Everything was just as described, if not better! Very clean, cell service wasn’t bad because they have wifi for you to connect to! 10/10!! The water doesn’t stay hot for long so be mindful when showering, the hot water lasts about 5 minutes but it’s the woods so expected!

Wonderful cabin with lots of personality in a quiet, but convenient location. The hosts are wonderful.

This place was absolutely amazing! I stayed for two nights for my birthday and I definitely plan to book again! The water is so peaceful and relaxing, and it’s just the right distance away to make you feel like you’re secluded but you don’t have to go far for anything’

Great rustic charms. Very happy with the house and will consider using again next time we travel down there. WiFi worked super well. The kitchen was appointed well enough we cooked dinner nightly. Overall very happy.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves very much! We originally chose a cabin for our stay! Upon arrival, Dusty greeted us and explained where everything was! We got to our cabin to find an unexpected water leak! Dusty quickly checked it out and placed us in one of his yurts! Honestly we ended up being glad it happened as it did the yurt was really nice! It’s a very beautiful peaceful place! Everyone is respectful to other visitors! We were really impressed with the whole set up and all the hard work dusty has put in to allowing others to be able to enjoy his space! Perfect little get away close to home! We will definitely be returning to stay again!

5 stars – Peaceful and full of charm! Maggie’s place is a cozy, rustic getaway surrounded by nature. We fished, explored the creek, and relaxed by the fire pit. The view from the bed was stunning, and the whole property has an old-world, peaceful vibe. A perfect place to unplug and reconnect with what matters. Thank you for another perfect stay!!

it was a very nice place and very peaceful. ms.leigh was very nice and polite. myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back soon.
