Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Talgar District

Dmitry’s place was spotless. The co-host met us when we had a little bit of trouble finding the gate (not their fault- google maps not the most accurate/specific in Kazakhstan) and got us in. Literally not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere and pristine. Comfy bed. Good shower pressure, excellent location and walking distance from main pedestrian shopping precinct and Zhibek Zholy Metro. If doing day trips out of Almaty, Renion Hotel opposite side of Kunaeva is perfect for pickup. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you Dima for a lovely stay (:

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию! Красивый новый жилищный комплекс, закрытый двор. Квартира новая, красиво обставленная. Всё подобрано со вкусом, очень красивые картины. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания, всё что указано в описании. Очень чисто, мебель белая — нет ни пятнышка. Отличный вид из окна и прекрасная звукоизоляция, при закрытых окнах с улицы не слышно ни звука, поэтому отлично спится. Спальное место очень уютное, там здорово спать, а также отдыхать днём и читать.

I would say one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The location was amazing near to all the spots with society having own garden / park. I would appreciate the host for attending us so warmly and helping us to find the right deals, just felt like home. Thanks for hosting us, looking forward to another visit in near future and would definitely recommend this to others

We had the most amazing stay at Natalie place. Everything was perfect. The instructions to reach was clear and hassle free. And her recommendations, guide book etc was to the point. Lots of good restaurants,super market, green bazaar, Arbat street and the Panv was within 10 min walk. She was kind enough to arrange for umbrellas due to unexpected rain. She even took an appointment for me at the hairdressers which is the complex next to the apartment. So extremely convenient as everything was close by. The apartment ( living room) has a fabulous view of the mountains. And one can enjoy this while sipping on a cup of tea in the morning. The apartment is on the top most floor(13th) with 2 elevators. My son made friends in the complex while playing a football. The complex/ society is safe if you have kids. Overall our stay in Almaty at Natalie’s was a memorable one. She is the best host ever. We would love to stay at her place again and again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Шикарная красивая квартира. Чисто свежо уютно. Хозяйка была очень добра к нам и заботлива. Прекрасные впечатления прекрасная поездка! В следующий раз планируем останавливаться в этой квартире. Очень рекомендуем!

Отличная квартира, сделана в европейском, немного парижском стиле. Уютно, все есть для комфортного проживания, внизу приличные рестораны, есть супермаркет. Рекомендую.

Провели неделю большой компанией в этом доме. Очень удобное расположение. До горнолыжных курортов от 30 до 50 минут. После целого дня проведенного на склонах, приятным бонусом было горячее джакузи на улице. До центра города 20-30мин. Район очень тихий и спокойный. Все возникавшие вопросы, решались очень оперативно. Неоценимая помощь оказывалась гувернанткой Жанар, в любое время была на связи. Гостиная очень большая, позволяет вечером проводить время большой компанией. Также очень приятным бонусом был поздний выезд без доп.оплаты.

Вид шикарный, дом тоже. Есть всё необходимое, куча развлечений, дом большой и теплый. Шикарная банька, бассейн, футбол, бильярд, всё что душе угодно. На все вопросы всегда легко отвечали, помогали, в общем супер. Обязательно вернемся
