Ardak is a fantastic host! The apartment was immaculate, well-stocked, and comfortable. The windows were very sound proof and we slept peacefully every night. The location is within walking distance of several coffee shops, cafes, and spas. I am already planning to visit again with my family, because the courtyard has a lovely playground. Thank you for having us as your guests!

Marzans place is so cozy, amenities are there whatever mentioned on post. She is also responsive and the place itself ia near to the tourist spots from the centre. However we wouldnt able to leave it cleaned since our time is very less before we can checkout. 😁 Overall very good host.

Victoria is an amazing host. She is very helpful and quick to respond. Her house is beautiful and very well kept. We liked the place a lot and wanted to even extend our stay but it was already booked.

We had a wonderful stay at Madina's apartment. She is a great Superhost. She was very responsive and provided us details information for check in. She had also provided us with lot of local recommendations. We have stayed in many Airbnb around the world but this has to be one of the few places where we felt right at home. There is a very homely feeling in the apartment and from the moment you enter, it is very obvious that Madina has thought of every little thing for her guests. There are lot of great restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartment and there is also a small grocery shop very closeby. While we did not need to use the kitchen, it is very well stocked with pots and pans. There is a also a dishwasher. The apartment (including the toilet) was squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable and large for two person. The complex is very secure with multiple security gates to go through. All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We initially had minor concerns about the ac in one of the rooms, Yuliya was responsive and proactive. The location was ideal—close to everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulnar’s place. It was just like the pictures – clean, cozy, and in a great location. Gulnar was super helpful and always there if we needed anything. She made everything really easy and comfortable for us.

Wonderful apartment! Located in a quiet area. The complex has cafes and restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Clean, cozy , bathrobes, slippers and quality linen. We needed laundry and they kindly provided it to us at no extra charge. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

Everything is very good! Perfect location — right in the center of the city, you can quickly get to any point. Nearby there is a park, children's and skate playground, as well as a large coffee shop with delicious breakfasts and delivery. It is convenient that the apartment is on the second floor — easy to go out and come back. Yes, a bit noisy from the window, but it's expected in a very central location and for the convenience of getting around the city, it's worth it. Separately, I would like to note a great hard bed — the back really rests! The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub and washing machine, two bathrobes, a spacious room. Thanks to the host — everything went great!

The apartment is new and very modern. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The view from the window is very good, the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely book it again!

Had a lovely one night’s stay here! Really lovely, modern, clean and spacious, bright, apartment. The bed was super comfortable. There was a small supermarket round the corner and little shop selling fruit and vegetables. Didn’t get a chance to explore the rest of the area as had to leave early the next morning. Wish I had longer to enjoy the apartment!

A gem of a find! The apartment has everything you need to get started (supermarket, cafe and good restaurants within walking distance) and is a cool 30 minutes away from the airport. Access is convenient and easy to get around even with several heavy luggages.

A perfect accommodation for my 8-night stay in Almaty. Vitaly is very helpful and responsive to your messages and inquiries and did his best to accommodate to your requests. Besides, the place is super clean, spacious and is well-equipped with everything you need. Otherwise, Small Supermarket is within a short walking distance. All in all, I am impressed with the place and will definitely come back to stay here if I ever come back to visit Almaty again! :)

I came for a business trip in December, I checked in with Evgenia. Everything was very pleasant. Evgenia, at my request, a day a day, replaced 🙏🏻 my hair dryer with personal questions, as I was the first time in Almaty. The apartment is clean and cozy, you can cook to eat! The hot tub is my 😻 own love as pictured! I will definitely be back!

Nice apartment with self check-in. The apartment is quiet, quiet, has everything for life. There are a lot of shops nearby, you can reach the center with public transport. There are some household imperfections, but I think it's easy to fix: - in the kitchen "buzzing" light when turned on - Water pressure is periodically weak - There are no keys to the gate to the yard, so every time you have to explain to the guards who you are and where you are going

Very large, spacious apartment with a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Everything is fine in the apartment, except for the lack of air conditioning and since we stayed in the hot season, during the day it was very hot in the apartment, but at night it is wonderful, you can sleep with the windows open thanks to the draft, even sometimes it was cool. The hostess is wonderful, went to meet us in everything and helped us. Recommended.

Kanysh was very friendly and was always trying to help, whenever we needed. He personally picked us from the airport and to took us around his home. We were in regular touch to communicate with each other, though we met only once in person on the first day. His apartment was furnished, as described in the listing. Only thing missing was an AC, which was probably not so much required in the pleasant weather of Almaty. There was a pedestal fan, though, which helped us in two three warm days during our stay. It had everything else. There was a small mall at a walking distance, wherefrom essentials could be bought. There were a few Indian restaurants nearby, which helped us. A small point - if possible, the bed sheet should be held tighly over the matress, though both were very good. Overall, our experience with the host, his apartment, Almaty city and its people were very good. We recommend his home for those planning a visit to Almaty in future.

The apartment is bright, warm, and quiet. Highly recommend it to everyone. The host, Assem, communicates smoothly, making the check-in process seamless. Her mother is a nice lady, very friendly. We spent over ten days here, and it felt just like home.

It was so good that I'd like to stay again if I come back to Kazakhstan! It was perfect for a family of 5 to use~ The host was also very kind, so I had a comfortable rest! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the accommodation because I have a bad sense of direction, but it was easier to find than I thought, and the host came in person and guided me because I arrived late at night and he thought it would be hard to access the accommodation. It was located in a place where it was easy to get a taxi, and it was convenient because there were marts, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop to the tourist attractions was 4 minutes away.
