It is in an old fashioned soviet-style apartment block on the 4th floor without an elevator, but the apartment has been recently renovated and has modern appliances. It is a cozy, simple place, with one large room that is a living room with a futon that folds out and has a standard queen bed. It has a nice new kitchen and bathroom. You will love this apartment and how close and easy it is to access downtown Almaty and Arbat!
