Condo vacation rentals in Almaty Region

Very well located, just 2 mins walk form Arabat street, 10 mins walk from Green bazzar, nicely maintained with all needed amenities. good for 4 persons. Kitchen has required utensils. Airconditioner were working well. Enjoyed our 5 days stay. Suggestion - cleaning every 3 days should be included (may be with a price).

Mika is a very caring person, we were in Almaty at four o'clock in the morning, and since the room was occupied, she asked us to take a ride to her mother's place to rest first.She also provided us with local tourist spots to make our trip to Almaty very enjoyable!There are big shopping malls near the house, shopping is convenient.All in all, it was a great choice to come to Almaty and left us a good memory.

Nice cozy apartment with a great view of the mountains. Soft bed, sufficient number of dishes. Nearby there are several shops, cafes. Among the disadvantages - poor sound insulation of the door, due to which you can hear the elevator mechanism and periodic noise in the corridor.

The 1 BHK apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern and good looking building complex right above the Nedelka Cafe, which is in the heart of Almaty. The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains greeted us from the windows. It also has a fast elevator/lift. Many supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. The host is responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a can of drinking water when we arrived at 1 AM! They even have a portable bidet. A few more glasses would be a nice addition. Overall we would love to come back.

This apartment is located at a great area near the center of the city. Apartment was very clean and new and the host is accommodating, helpful and responsive. Will definitely recommend and book again if I'm in Almaty!

Bolat is an amazing host. Check in process was very smooth. Property is exactly as mentioned in the photos. It is very neat and clean. Bolat has been super responsive all the time. Apartment is located in a residential complex so it is very safe and secure. Easily accessible to all locations. Will definitely recommend this properly if you are visiting Almaty.

We recently stayed with Tatiana for a week. The apartment is quite spacious, bright, cozy and most importantly clean. Apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. I especially want to note that the hostess of the apartment met us, did everything, explained and helped with the registration. Unfortunately, among those who rent apartments this apartment is very rare. Tatiana, thank you very much again and see you again.

All perfect, an excellent stay!

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Maxim's apartment for a week and would like to express our great gratitude for the cleanliness, coziness, pleasant interior and functionality of the apartment. We were comfortable and relaxed (quiet) and work (fast uninterrupted internet). The apartment is in a beautiful area, nearby, within walking distance, there is the Botanical Garden of indescribable beauty, all kinds of shops, good restaurants and cafes. For example, literally at a stone's throw away, there is a cafe Vivienne, where there are nice guys who have delicious coffee :) We went to them for breakfast, breakfasts and desserts were beautiful. Maxim is available to help you with any questions you may have any questions. Everything was great!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.
