Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Teil des Gebäudes, der früher zur angrenzenden Brauerei gehörte und in dem sich die Weinabfüllanlage für den brauereieigenen Wein befand. Noch heute kann man im Keller des Gebäudes die alten, leeren Weinfässer bewundern. Das Gebäude wurde dabei über zwei Jahre liebevoll umgebaut. Obwohl der rustikale Charme des ehemaligen Industriegebäudes noch erkennbar ist, bietet die Ferienwohnung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der Sie sich wohlfühlen können.
