Location couldn’t be better, the apartment was big and lovely. Big recommendations for anyone who wants a beautiful sea view for unbeatable price!

Boris Place is really Sweet! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. During off season it’s quiet. Unfortunately we were visiting so late in the season that the sun was not really on the Terrasse. Great restaurants in the neighborhood

Wir sind nach Montenegro gekommen und hier für 3 Wochen Home Office sogenannte Workaction zu machen. Und diese Unterkunft war unsere letzte Station. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt, es ist super viel Platz, der Außenbereich ist fantastisch, der direkte Zugang zum Wasser unglaublich schön. Das Internet ist irgendwann ausgefallen und Anne hat direkt jemanden vorbei geschickt mit einer SIM-Karte so konnten wir problemlos weiter arbeiten. Es war einfach perfekt und der perfekte Abschluss für unsere Reise. Direkt gegenüber war ein kleiner Laden in dem es alles gab was man brauchte, so haben wir eine Woche lang diesen Ort nicht verlassen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Nous avons été agréablement surpris car le logement et la terrasse sont plus grands que ce qu’on pourrait imaginer en regardant les photos. La communication a été très facile et rapide. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé !

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

We had a wonderful stay in this well-located and spacious apartment – ideal for four people. The layout is great, and the two single beds were very comfortable. The double bed was a bit too firm for our taste, but that’s a personal thing. The absolute highlight was the large corner balcony with stunning views over the lively city and nearby mountains. It gets sun all day, and we loved spending time there. Plenty of seating, including a deck chair – a cushion would be a nice addition. The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a great base in Tirana. A few small things could be improved: a bit more thorough cleaning under the beds, removal of old cleaning items and dead plants, and the oven was missing its glass door. Some items from previous guests were also still in the bathroom. Despite these minor details, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The location, space, and especially the balcony made it a memorable visit!

Moin, der Aufenthalt hier war einfach super. Von A-Z gelungen . Tolles Haus,toller Pool und cooler Wintergarten ,der zum Verweilen einludt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft nur empfehlen. Schöne Grüße
