Monthly Rentals in Talat Kwan

We spent about 40 days here in Nonthaburi. Ration was very welcoming at check-in, and I was happy that he prepared a welcome snack and fruit. Also, when a problem arose, they actively helped and resolved it. (He also gave me a delicious gift.) The house was bright and clean as shown in the photos, and it was very well equipped with simple cooking utensils, tableware, and cleaning tools. I even liked the washing machine because it was clean. The structure with a separate living room and bedroom was enough for 2 people to live in. (The living room sofa can also be changed to a bed.) The room faces the village, not the road, so it was quiet at night and the scenery was beautiful, so it was peaceful every time I saw it. The Wi-Fi speed was good, so I was able to enjoy watching Netflix and YouTube on a large smart TV. The water pressure in the bathroom was good and the hot water came out well. The elevator can only be accessed from the outside with a card key, and Raticon prepared two in advance. The condo staff was friendly, the infinity pool on the 41st floor and the small but rich exercise facilities were nice, and there was a convenience store and laundry room on the 1st floor, which was convenient. In particular, the swimming pool had both shade and sun, and the scenery was nice. There are Bixby and Sukmi Tinnery nearby, and there are restaurants a short walk away. Ration was considerate and always kind, and the accommodation was clean, so it was a place that I really liked.

Our stay here was pleasant! It was about 20 min to old city. Baimon was extremely helpful and she was able to set up some of our tours. Place was very nice and comfortable!

The apartment is super cosy; you can tell immediately that this was the host's apartment originally as there's so much thought into the decorations, the equipment, and the functionality. The location is absolutely perfect if you don't need to go into the city regularly. There are plenty of tasty restaurants around, a supermarket within a 15-20 minute walk, a 7-11 so close that you're in danger of gaining a lot of weight, and the metro right out the front. Everyone in the condo complex is incredibly friendly, quiet, and easygoing, from the cleaners and guards to the other residents. The co-working space is fantastic, with comfy computer chairs and plenty of desks, wifi, and air conditioning. If smoking is your thing, there are quite a few designated spaces dotted around the complex gardens where you can happily puff away in peace. Thanks for everything Nina!

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for a full month, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. The condo is in an ideal spot—close to everything! There is a 24-hour Tops convenience store at the ground level of the complex and up the street, there is a Big C where you can get your groceries to stock your refrigerator. The unit has a washing machine and an area to hang dry your clothes. There is wifi in the unit, however, it is not the fastest but is adequate for surfing the web. The bedroom is cozy and equipped with a second AC unit. The bed is comfortable and can easily sleep 2 people. On the rooftop, there is a lap pool and a small fitness center. The neighborhood is busy but you feel quite safe, especially at night. The MRT station is a 3-minute walk from the condo complex and it will take you to the center of Bangkok. My stay was fantastic and I will consider returning on my next visit to Bangkok!
