One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The host was incredibly welcoming and generous with local tips and recommendations. The space was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location is convenient and everything is easily accessible and in walking distance - supermarket, shops, restaurants and beach.

Santosh is a cordial and welcoming host. His apartment is Just a minute walk to the arambol beach it serves a bonny accomodation, pristine surroundings, it's a perfect sized apartment ideal for 2 people for short stay. The washroom and interiors are immaculate. With lots of amenities and toiletries, tea, coffee premix which you get in a luxury stays. It a well maintained place and well designed with minute details like the plants in the staircase etc give an impeccable experience. A special mention to the balcony(it's on the 3rd floor) which is overlooking the picturesque view of mountains behind. I did enjoy the sunrise regularly throughout my stay.

What a lovely stay. It was an amazing experience! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a lovely stay at Tellado Properties in Baia Villas, Mandrem. The aesthetic and calm atmosphere of the property were truly captivating. We fell in love with the design and architecture so much that we didn't want to leave the premises. Shakeel provided excellent caretaking service, proving to be quick and reliable. Chef Babu did an amazing job preparing delicious home-cooked meals featuring authentic Goan cuisine tailored to our taste preferences. I can't wait to visit this property again.

Juvenal’s place was super nice! The old-fashioned Portuguese furniture and construction was a delight to experience. It is super close to Arambol beach, just a 10 min walk. There are loads of shops and such around as well. Juvenal has provided all the amenities we could ask for - soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, loads of extra towels. All in all, it was amazing! Just one heads up for all future guests - it does get pretty loud due to the surrounding area, so bring some ear plugs for the night!

It was a lovely and homely stay. We stayed for 2 nights and Babaji was always responsive and helped us with late checkin. The place was neat and clean and best part was it was amidst the nature with beautiful view from the drawing room window. There was power backup due to which we were able to work from there and did not observed any wifi issues. There is car parking right outside the place. There is also a small grocery and wine shop in front of the place and quick food items like bread omelette was prepared by the didi ji of the grocery store. The place is little bit far away from beach but one will like the total greenery of the area. We liked our stay in there.

Piyush was truly the best host I have ever come across. He had extended his help beyond the expectations. Piyush is the epitome of hospitality. The Aai and the helper boy were so welcoming. Their smile is something that I wont ever forget. They made us feel like home.

It’s a very calm and peaceful place yet close to all the amenities around. The beach is just one jump away from the house and one window away from the room😊 it’s the best place to be in peace and serenity. Had good 8 days of stay and continued couple of days extra. They have opened a surf school also within the property which is very much helpful for Watersport enthusiast. Ashwin is a good host and he gives good recommendations around the town and nearby places. Rest everything is within 100mts distance, and enjoy the waves crashing sound in the night along with the firefly dance.
