One of the great trip over the years as far as stay is concerned. Viktor is one best host ever we had so far. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished with all the amenities. Looking forward to visit again soon. All thanks to Viktor to make our stay so pleasant & wonderful.

The accommodation was excellent. The host was very attentive and thoughtful in preparing all the amenities. The sea view and sunset from the place were absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again.

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

It is a bit far from the entertainment area. So it is quiet and okay. If you only want entertainment, you will have to pay for taxi fare. There is a really delicious American hamburger restaurant right in front of the accommodation, so I recommend you to try it when you come to this accommodation. Overall, the accommodation is satisfactory and a comfortable place to stay.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

This accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The bed is cozy, and there’s space for activities. The surrounding area is quiet and private, with security guards patrolling the neighborhood regularly, making us feel safe. It’s easy to find and conveniently located. The host responds quickly, is friendly and kind, and gives great recommendations. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

This unit was more than I expected. The size is larger than the typical one bedroom condo. The washer/dryer machine is also a huge plus. The location centers you between restaurants, convenience stores, and walking the local beach. All are in walking distance. Either direction will benefit your stay.

This is a good location. The electric and water are metered and charged extra. we stayed 10 days and use 700 baht. we were conservative with the AC. overall it is a good stay. the pool is fun. there are stores at the front of the condos to buy necessities. there are restaurants with walking distance. Jomtien beach and the night market are a nice little hike away. Pattaya is a 10 baht ride on the truck taxis which run out front. The washing machine is a bonus and the inter works well.

We were satisfied for the price.
