Brand new, self-contained woodland studio

BethanyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Could be a bit tricky to find if just relying on google maps but Julie’s instructions really helped. Beautiful space with very quiet surroundings, my husband particularly enjoyed watching deer out the window. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really appreciated the local recommendations, we spent an hour watching dolphins which we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Overall a great place to stay in northern Scotland with easy links to the NC500

Poppy Cottage, Dalmore Farm, Highland

Our stay at Poppy cottage was very nice. We appreciated the bread, milk and eggs that Carolyn left for us and her recommendations for places to visit in the area. The apartment was spacious and clean with nice linens, a great shower and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes. Its important renters know the cottage is connected to several other rental units on a busy road with a farm shop/restaurant that draws a lot of people. As long as they don’t expect a secluded rural setting they will enjoy this lovely rental with many amenities.

They went above and beyond any of our expectations. Travelling with a toddler it aint easy finding someone as willing, kind and helpful. The kitchen was so fully equipped it even had some food essentials like rice at hand. I really could not think of a better experience. Next time i visit my best friend, i’ll check if this listing is available again. Thanks

Lovely Cabin Tain with Outstanding Views

JoRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I absolutely loved my stay here. I’m thrilled to have found it as a last minute break! Margaret (and Martin) were so lovely, made me feel right at home, nothing was too much bother and the fridge was stocked on arrival which was a bonus! The location is fantastic, walks right on the doorstep (literally!) and despite only being a short walk from Tesco, etc, it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere as it was so peaceful! I will definitely be back! For dog owners, the fenced in garden is brilliant and the beach right next to it is great! Highly recommend a stay here!
