Spacious accommodation and quiet neighborhood It's easy to walk to the bus station as well.

The room was just as pictured and the host made sure we could use the parking space, which was really helpful!

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

Really nice location! Convenient to everywhere especially 七期！private parking lot is also great to the traveler. The house is quite nice for a family.

Convenient location, close to the bus stop, downstairs is a large shopping mall and convenience store, and the host is easy to communicate with.

Ryan is an awesome host. He provided clear check in and check out instructions with pictures and is always quick to respond. We had to contact him twice during our stay, each time he responded almost immediately and help solved the issue quickly. The apartment is located one of the busiest area in Taichung, yet it is quiet at night. Rooms were spotless and the amenities were all provided as described. We would definitely stay again!

We, a family of four, stayed at Andrew's place for a few days. The pros: - The place is very conveniently located. The apartment is literally a minute away from the bus station. There are tons of local restaurants, shops, parks and other places to visit nearby. - It has ample space to fit four people. - The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. - Top value for the price we paid. - For people traveling with lots of luggage the building has a lift. - It is relatively quiet. Be mindful that: - The apartment is somewhat aged. Now, that is not to say that it is run down or anything but something just to be mindful of. - The apartment had mosquitos. All the windows have mosquito nets. Not sure how they get in (likely when we open the apartment door to enter or leave) and it is recommended to have mosquito/insect repellents. Overall, I would recommend Andrew's place if you're traveling with your family.

We had a pleasant stay, the place was super clean and cozy, there was everything we needed, communication was great, gladly will come again.

I had a good stay at this place. The free parking in the basement was incredibly convenient. The management office is very helpful too. It made for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The host is very friendly, the question is always very quick to answer, the room and bathroom are very neat, the fruit in the kitchen is also available for food, and the TV is very convenient to watch Netflix, there is also a free parking lot next to the building, I am not afraid of the car where there is no place to park👍

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!
