Monthly Rentals in Taichung City

Had a very nice stay in Taichung the apartment is nice and cozy ! I recommend this apartment if I u need a place to settle for a little while !

I dedicated it to this one for the first time using airbnb, just like the photos, there is no odor and it is very nice! The environment is quite safe and there are two receptionists just inside, the building itself can be seen to be very high, and there are resting benches once you reach the floor. Really good value for money, and just like the photos, standing by the window and looking towards the bed is exactly what the photos show!There were photos of other items received in the message again, the Wifi was smooth, and there was even a water filter, which felt more than a hotel did. The host was very responsive and communicative. Recommend this one for everyone, and you can see the pool in this building outside the window, I don't know if I can swim.

I was very satisfied with the entire month-long stay at Tim's room, and he was very considerate in answering my questions in more detail than I expected. Tim is very nice, and helped to change the sheets and clean during the middle of the stay. I cleaned it myself, so it shouldn't be too tiring for Tim to clean! Hee hee! The location is very good, located in Maple Valley, near the main station of Chao Ma, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the bus every time.There is already a Family Mart downstairs, 7-11, opposite there is a shrimp pick-up shop, and it is easy to pick up items ordered online. The neighbors are very quiet, or maybe they are all Tim's Airbnb rental properties, everyone is very considerate when using public facilities; Tim does provide a washing machine service, but I was afraid of the trouble of going to the public area to take care of the clothes, so I didn't use it. Maybe the weather was good when I checked in, the air conditioning was powerful enough, the hot water was enough, and I didn't worry about it being too hot. Tim's bed is very supportive and comfortable; the room is simply furnished, with no sensitive items at all. Tim's room is sunny, making the room bright, and the blackout curtains are sufficient.

Location is a top priority, and it perfectly meets our needs. The flexibility with check-in times is an added bonus. Additionally, the cleanliness, room amenities, and facilities are all up to standard. Highly recommended for small groups seeking a cozy and clean place to stay while visiting Taichung!
