Excelente lugar para hospedarte sus instalaciones son tal cual a las imágenes , el lugar cuenta con unas áreas muy lindas y muy cuidada , vale totalmente la pena

Was just like the photos! Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Very accessible. The AC in all the rooms was wonderful for the hot weather. Would definitely love to stay here again

Very nice place .michael and his people were very responsive to any issues. Could be a nuisance in the morning when construction begins by the building next door with noise but it cant be helped. I will be booking this place in future for sure.

Very cute, clean apartment surrounded by nature but a only 10 minute walk to town. It's well equipped for remote work with a desk and decent wifi, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Mary and Fer are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts and put a lot of care into making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They had a bunch of great recommendations on stuff to do in town/ where to find things and shared a lot about the history of Minca with me. As someone who tries to travel responsibly and stay with locals, I felt good about staying with folks who have roots in the community and clearly care a lot about this little town. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette maison qui offre des espaces pour chacun. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Minca. Les propriétaires et personnes qui s’en occupent sont très à l’écoute. Nous recommandons vivement.

Mateo a été très réactif à nos messages et nous a aidé sur tous les points. L’appartement était super. Notez cependant que ça peut être un peu bruyant surtout pour un vendredi ou samedi soir puisqu’il y a une discothèque à côté. Nous étions avec des enfants, mais sinon ce n’aurait pas été un gros problème. C’est l’ambiance de la ville nous en sommes bien conscient.

La casa muy cómoda, habitaciones muy bien equipadas, cerca al terminal, Alberto muy atento de resolver inquietudes. Volveré a su casa cada vez que vaya a santamarta.

Amazing home & great hosts! The view alone was worth the price! We really enjoyed our stay. My first time on Santa Marta was amazing. I loved that everything is in walking distance. Be mindful of the heat. It got up to 95 degrees some days, but the terrace with the whirlpool definitely cooled us off. Also the beach is so close & tons of things to do. We took a boat tour which was cool & lovely. Lots of nice breezes since it’s near the water.

El apartamento muy moderno muy limpio y ordenado igual a la descripción, los anfitriones muy atentos a responder los mensajes, muy buena ubicación, excelentes zonas húmedas, la vista del apartamento espectacular, muy recomendado, volveremos.

Juan Felipe un excelente anfitrión, el edificio tuvo un inconveniente con la luz, pero él nos premió al otro día, dejando hacer el check out más tarde, siempre estuvo pendiente y la zona y el apt es precioso. Gracias por todo, volveré pronto.

Casa Del Rio is a GREAT choice for anyone looking for an airbnb while in santa marta. Carlos's apt looked exactly like the photos shown but the place is a lot bigger seeing it in person. The security staff are so helpful and kind you can tell that they love doing their job, I loved them all. Carlos is also very responsive and did his best to ensure that I was satisfied with my stay. Will I return here on my next trip to Santa Marta ? ABSOLUTELY !!

this is my third time staying with Carlos. I always receive five star treatment. I will continue to stay with him
