The apartment is very spacious and perfect for family vacations, it has all the amenities, and the ZAZUE shopping center is a few steps away to eat or have a drink. The beach is about 3 blocks away, it was fine for us. They helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, considering that we were traveling with seniors Everything was perfect!!

The accommodation is excellent for spending a rest time in Familia. Roberto is very attentive and helpful and is always attentive. We did not have any inconvenience during the stay. The site and Roberto are highly recommended. We have already sold before and will definitely be back. The kids pool and the activities organized by the hotel for the kids are highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful family apartment! The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, the internet speed was great, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to both the mall and the beach. It was a very relaxing and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

The apartment is in a great neighborhood. It is located on a Main road very close to a mall, restaurants and the beach. The building has private security 24 hours making our stay very safe. The security guards are very nice and helpful. They gave us great tips for exploring the area. The host was very attentive and his helper, Andreina, is a sweetheart. I highly recommend Iván’s place if you visit El Rodadero.

The apartment is comfortable, has air conditioning and fans, next to the shopping mall and two blocks from the beach, well equipped. The complex is impeccable, a good gym and large pools. Covered parking. Keep in mind the 50,000 charged by the administration upon arrival.

This house is an amazing place to see. It’s huge and show how great we’re the houses build in the days. We felt at home and it was extremely easy and to get downtown and feel the city. Felipe is a great person. Always there to help and all the recommandations were the best for all activities.

We had a wonderful stay in La Rochela! The house had everything we wanted and more! Carmen, Samuel and Antonio made sure that we had all that we needed- delicious food, sparkling pool, freshly caught fish, etc.

My experience in the 511 ocean reservations apartment was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, cecilia who is the hostess was very warm , friendly and very thoughtful , she made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The apartment is simply beautiful: impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and with everything you need to feel comfortable and quiet . In addition, its location and views are spectacular, the amenities are fantastic , the pools and divine jacuzzis, my children and I were so happy that we hope to be back soon ! I especially want to thank the host for their availability and care, making us feel at home. The location is unbeatable: a short walk to the beach, in a quiet area and with great growth potential. The apartment is very well equipped, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The building staff was always attentive and cordial. I want to especially highlight the attention of Don Carlos, who was always available to guide and support during the stay. Thanks to his kindness and helpfulness, everything was much easier. I recommend this place 100%.

We loved this apartment, which is located inside Reserva del Mar, which is a building with hotel services, swimming pools, jacuzzis, a restaurant, bars, a beach club, courts... everything you need to spend some incredible days with the family. The apartment as such has all the amenities, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, wifi… we will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hosts who were always attentive to making us comfortable during our stay.
