We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Garden Studio 1

Fully equipped 28 m2 garden studio with separate bedroom. The living room sofa is convertible. You have access to our 8x4 heated pool from the end of May until the end of September. We'll just have to look at the time slots together to enjoy it during your stay. This accommodation is well located for visiting the area: Dinan, Saint Malo, Cap Frehel, Mont Saint Michel… If needed we have another place of the same type to be found on Airbnb. It is located in the heart of an estate on which there is also another cottage and the owners' house on 6 ha: woods, ponds, pasture with animals, covered play area and swimming pool (10*4 m, heated, covered in case of bad weather, from April to November) common to all guests.
