The Old Stables, Blackwell Hall Farm, Bakewell

Blackwell Hall Farm is a busy upland dairy, beef and sheep farm located in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Originally owned by the Chatsworth Estate the farm has been in our family’s hands since 1896. Located in our 18th and 19th century stone built courtyard, The Old Stable has recently been converted to create a 6 bed holiday cottage. Built in 1863 this building was originally used by the farm to house working shire horses. The Old Stable offers a relaxing farm break for all.

We are situated in the country village of Wormhill, Derbyshire, deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Closest towns are Tideswell and Buxton. We are very close to the Pennine Bridleway, Monsal Trail and Limestone Way.

The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
