It was the 2nd time I was there and I'm already planning to return. This time, the upholstery of the sofas were renovated. Charming and functional as everything in the house. It is evident that it is a cared house, with constant maintenance to welcome and receive always. Large, equipped house, easy to clean and beautiful. For her to be perfect, I would order towels and linens to ease the logistics and space in the luggage car. But it has the pillows, which helps. We were received by Carlos and his girlfriend in a gentle and friendly manner, the space exactly matches the photos, for those who want to escape from crowds is a great place, my dogs have taken advantage of the outside space a lot. The container is spacious and has everything for a quiet stay. Pega little dirt road, about 5 minutes.. just follow the location sent by Carlos that works super well. Carlos lives near the container and offered help for whatever it took. A very good differential is ctz the tub.

Our stay was amazing, the design and decor are perfect, super cozy and comfortable place, it's perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The kitchen is very well equipped (it has literally everything), and organized the rooms are super cozy it is perfect for sleeping and relaxing, Philip knew how to take advantage of the space he had, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean like the place in general, the Jacuzzi and the place where the fire is made is in the backyard of the house (I had this doubt), but we have access to an inn that is a few meters above, which has a heated indoor pool, swimming pool, another jacuzzi, gym and pizzeria, the inn staff are very receptive and polite. Philip was speechless, from the beginning he was extremely attentive, the location is great, you don't need to enter the city itself. My group and I are already planning our next date, we'll be back renewed!

It is a spacious house with a nice garden where everything works. The host is very dedicated to meeting guests' needs.

The place is super spacious, perfect for gathering family, friends and also pets! I took my pitbull and she loved the free space to run, play and it's super safe because it's all fenced in. The gourmet area is excellent, it even has Alexa to listen to music. The only point to improve would be the market, which had few items, and the access road, which was in poor condition, but I understand that this is beyond the owner's control. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it and come back! The host is always very attentive and available. My family loved it!

The house is just like the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Good location, close to markets and restaurants. Communication with Ricardo is quick and easy.

Impeccable, super comfortable, beautiful, clean house and spaces. always attentive and helpful host to what we needed. Only point to point out is that before arriving at the house there is a street of land that probably on rainy days, lower cars or with 1.0 engines will have difficulty climbing. As during our stay it did not rain, everything was very peaceful. We'll be back for sure.

Simply wonderful Chácara! Local is better than in the photos! Laura was extremely solicited and careful with all the details. For those who are in the vicinity of alphaville, barueri and region.. super indico! You don't have to take the White Castle and drive miles to have a wonderful place to party with privacy or just enjoy the day. Local surrounded by nature! View of the valley is beautiful!

Elcio was very helpful, he left us farm eggs and a welcome letter. Whenever I needed it, he answered me promptly. The place is beautiful, a refuge in the midst of nature. The house is well equipped and very clean, from the dishes to the linens and everything smells good, we didn't miss anything. The listing photos match the location, we felt at home.

The only downside that I can say is that it was only a few days to enjoy every space and accommodation available in this accommodation. From the confirmation to the departure of Chácara the service was impeccable. Aurelio and team are to be congratulated! I will bring good memories of this place and region. Excellent property, excellent structure and close to SP. Perfect for holiday getaways and avoiding heavy traffic.

We felt like a beautiful house! Really nice and cozy for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds in the main house which is in excellent condition. The visiting house has three more rooms but they need a bit of attention. The super clean pool, pristine gardens and common areas are divine. We really enjoyed our stay with family. It really worth it. Surely we'll be back.
