Our stay in Chiavari was fantastic - many thanks to Silvia! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an extremely quiet building. We stayed for 6 days (including over Easter) and Silvia was kind enough to check in on us multiple times throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we loved how large the space was! There was plenty of room for us - especially staying there multiple days. This was a great home-base and we can't say enough good things about it! Grazie mille, Silvia!

It’s a squeaky clean super comfortable apartment with the best washer/dryer Italy has seen! Also, the most well stocked kitchen we had our whole trip. The way you’ve decorated makes the place feel like a 5 star hotel. We all loved it, and can’t wait to come back.

The location of the accommodation is very central, everything is within walking distance. And walking right in the bathing suit to the bathroom in the sea is already a luxury. The rooms are rather dark, the feeling of being a little like being in a ship. Fabio communicates reliably and emphatically.

I spent the Easter holidays with my son in Margherita's place. The listing fully respects the apartment: very comfortable, clean and very close to the sea, the station, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, in short, close to everything you need! We had a great time thanks also to Margherita who allowed me, both with early check-in and with late check-out to fully enjoy the holiday ! She was also very nice because she made small surprises to my son who loved him (the chocolate eggs were very good♥️) ! If I had to go back to Moneglia, I would definitely go back to the same place ! Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

Matteo is a wonderful and caring person. He helped us a lot. His house is very cozy and clean. He cares about every detail. They had basic items like salt, coffee, olive oil, sugar and the kitchen utensils were complete. Clean and fragrant bed linen. There were good restaurants in the village, which was also close to the beach. We'd come back a thousand times. Going back to Matteo, I have no words to describe him. Thanks for everything.

We felt at home in Giovanni's apartment from start to finish! Our two boys enjoyed playing catch in the garden. My wife and I loved the tranquility of the neighborhood and the central location of the apartment: within max. It is a 10-minute walk to both Sestris beaches and the center. There is a private car parking space, but due to the great location you could also spend a vacation completely without a car. I liked to go running or hiking in the immediately adjacent, fantastic Punta Manara Park or to the beach. The apartment is furnished exactly as shown in the pictures and super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The private washing machine is located in a small room at the house entrance. This was our best Airbnb in Italy so far and we will definitely be back! Very clean, very quiet, very well equipped and in a perfect location in beautiful Sestri. Mille Grazie to Giovanni and family!

Charming apartment really! Everything is very clean and well furnished, Lucia was very available to help us with check-in, great value for money and the area is very quiet. Approved!

Sergio and his wife were wonderful hosts. He was always available and gave us valuable tips: Strand & Bar di Rena (10 min away), Strand Bay of Silence (in Sestri Levante), great winery for romantic food and wine tasting (Bisson). All in all, a good stay.
