Outstanding hospitality and service. The fastest reply time from an Airbnb host I have ever experienced. Host is transparent with every expectation and additional fees such as electricity. Any issue is investigated and resolved promptly. They truly put the customer first. Accommodation looks exactly like the listing. Extremely clean and comfy. Includes the amenities listed such as: soap, toilet paper, plates, utensils, and much more. No pest or mosquito problems as the accommodation is properly sealed. The bed is comfy and the bathroom feels great to use. Furniture feels clean. Rooms beautifully designed and unique. Little noise at night. Only downside is it is a bit far from Kigali center. Sometimes drivers and food delivery have a hard time locating the address. This accommodation sets a high bar in terms of quality. Great price for the value given. I have stayed at many Airbnbs and hotels in Kigali, and I can say this is the best place I’ve been.

Definitely recommend this place its in the heart of the city

Gervais and his wife made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They treat their guests like extended family visiting from out of town. The accommodations are quite lovely. We enjoyed early mornings on the balcony admiring the beautiful view. The location is pretty out of the way. I prefer to be closer to town for independence and to be able to get up and go. However, if considering the stay overall, Gervais’ hospitality makes up for the distance. This is definitely worth the price.

I really enjoyed Nicole’s place. From the first contact we had she was very responsive replied fast, solution oriented and very helpful and friendly. The place looks exactly like the pictures and I felt inmediatly at home. At night with just 2 min walking distance you get a beautifull view of the valley with all the lights it looks like stars. You have a nearby supermarket and a coffee comer with the best coffee of Kigali I tasted. I would recommend this place to everyone. As a solo traveller I felt really safe here!
