In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. Libic: peaceful paradise

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
