They can be rented seperately, or together. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom are open together. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
