Noto ist eine traumhaft schöne Stadt, deren Zentrum von der Wohnung von Salvatore aus in 2 Minuten erreicht wird. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer direkt vor der Tür bekommen und konnten somit auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht. Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man den Abend nach dem Flanieren in der Stadt.gut und in privater Atmosphäre ausklingen lassen. Salvatore hat uns Tipps gegeben und war immer leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank Salvo für die schöne Zeit! 👍😀

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Wer seine Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegener und die Straße dorthin ist sehr steinig und schmal. Fußläufig gibt es eine Bucht. Sie ist auch ganz schön, jedoch fanden wir andere Strände schöner. Alle waren innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Der Ofen war etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Allgemein alles sehr sauber gehalten. Nach ca. 3 Tagen kam Serafina und hat uns unsere Handtücher gewechselt und uns nochmal frische Eier von ihren Hühnern gegeben. Am schönsten war es morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken oder Abends nach einer Dusche im Garten in den Stühlen zu entspannen🪴🌺 Die Klimaanlage war gut und wichtig, da es recht windstill vor Ort ist. Die Fotos die Serafina veröffentlicht hat entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt😊

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Luca! Das kleine Häuschen hat viel Charme, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und perfekt gelegen – mitten in Noto, über den Dächern der Stadt. Die Terrasse, die man über die Küche erreicht, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Luca ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Guido war ein äusserst herzlicher und zuvorkommemder Gastgeber, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ist perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Lage ist zudem sehr geeignet für Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen umliegenden Sehenswürdikeiten. Wichtig ist dabei ein geländegängiges Auto, die Zufahrt zum Haus ist anspruchsvoll, wie auch einige Strassen in der Umgebung. Zudem sollte man keine Angst vor Geckos oder kleinen Kriechtieren haben. Ab und zu trifft man im Haus auf diese harmlosen Tierchen, was jedoch nach kurzer Angewöhnungzeit kein Problem mehr ist. Wir können Guido und sein Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Vendicari. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist exzellent. Es ist alles vorhanden - top Küchenausstattung. Die Villa ist sehr sehr sauber. Und Guglielmo ist jederzeit erreichbar und hatte sehr viele tolle Tipps für uns. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Danke lieber Guglielmo für die traumhafte Zeit, die wir in deiner Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen.

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insbesondere der große Garten in dem man immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten hat ist toll. In der Unterkunft selber ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Kaffee und Frühstück Snacks. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar und die Altstadt von Syrakus nur 15 min entfernt. Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

Ήταν ένα υπέροχο μέρος, μέσα στη φύση, ήσυχο, το κατάλυμα διέθετε τα πάντα και μπορούσες να καθήσεις στην όμορφη βεράντα και να ξεκουράζεις το βλέμμα σου στην πράσινη φύση, ακούγοντας τα πουλιά να κελαϊδούν. Στον κήπο κυκλοφορούν 3 πανέμορφες, φιλικότατες γάτες που μας κρατούσαν συντροφιά. Ο Antonino ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε μας το παρείχε άμεσα και επιπλέον, επειδή η πτήση αναχώρησής μας ήταν απογευματινή, μας επέτρεψε με ευγένεια να παραμείνουμε στο χώρο όσο θέλαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Antonino! Arrivederci!

Wij hebben hele fijne dagen gehad. Het is een prachtige ruime locatie, heerlijk zwembad, strand in de buurt. De kamer bevat allen nodige voorzieningen en zelfs een buiten terassje. Antonino reageerde super snel toen ik hem een bericht stuurde voor aankomst en bij ontvangst kregen we na de rondleiding veel tips mee, ook voor de volgende bestemming. We konden zelfs een parasol lenen voor het strand. Met de auto ben je bij veel grotere steden binnen vrij korte tijd. Ik raadt het zeker aan om hier te verblijven! Had er graag meer nachten geslapen.

Perfect place....so peaceful and quite and amazing accommodation.... everything was perfect....nothing to complain about

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Absolutely exceptional stay in Avola! The host was outstanding – genuinely attentive and dedicated to guest comfort in every possible way. The location is superb: peaceful, yet close to everything you might need. A perfect Sicilian escape. Highly, highly recommended.

Per il nostro primo viaggio al sud della Sicilia io, mio marito e i nostri figli di 6 e 8 anni abbiamo scelto questo posto incantevole perche' sembrava rispondere a tutte le nostre esigenze, e una volta raggiunto si è dimostrato oltre alle nostre aspettative. La la casa è immersa in un uliveto, piscina privata e sempre pulita, dotata di campo da calcio/tennis dove abbiamo potuto divertirci tutti insieme. La casa è molto grande, dotata di tutto, non manca proprio nulla! Lo spazio esterno è molto grande, confortevole e ben curato. Tina e suo marito sono stati fin da subito molto accoglienti, disponibili ed ospitali. L'olio che producono è veramente eccezionale. Consigliatissimo.

Carlo is an excellent host! At check in we arrived late due to car problems. Carlo was so welcoming he volunteered to escort us to a beachside restaurant that he knew would still be open. The accommodations were perfect. We were a party 8 adults consisting of 2 families of 4 and we all had plenty of space. Each bedroom is generously sized and includes a bathroom so no one is crowded when getting ready to go out. Located off the kitchen is a lovely shaded patio for dining or just relaxing. Beyond is an enormous pool which is crystal clear and refreshing. Carlo is a chef and we scheduled a dinner that he prepared for us one night. We ate alfresco and it was an excellent and affordable meal. Carlo also lives on the property in another home that is a short walk away but is far enough for the guests to have their privacy. His property feels like a private luxury resort. It’s a great place to stay for families and I would love to come back to Carlo’s Country House!

Maison conviviale et pratique surtout pour une famille nombreuse comme nous (a 6). Clim, piscine, jardin, buanderie , 2 salles de bain ... Tout le confort nécessaire. Endroit calme mais nécessite obligatoirement une voiture .

L'alloggio è impeccabile, ha tutto il necessario. Alessandro è un host incredibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare, è attento e risponde sempre ai messaggi. È andato a cercarmi fino a Siracusa! e poi mi ha accompagnato a comprare da mangiare perché era molto tardi. Grazie Alessandro!!! Lo consiglio vivamente

Logement très propre et agréable, bonne literie. Idéalement situé pour visiter Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, la Riserva naturale orientata Oasi Faunistica di Vendicari, la Riserva Naturale Cavagrande del Cassibile... et profiter de la mer directement à Ognina à quelques mètres du logement. Silvia a été disponible, professionnelle et très agréable.

Merci beaucoup salvatore pour l’accueil et la villa. La maison était très agréable et a beaucoup contribué au très beau week end que nous avons passé. Salvator est un super hôte, très facilitant. Merci pour la patience et l’indulgence à notre arrivé et notre départ sur l’horaire. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir au cours de notre prochain séjour en Sicile à la villa. À bientôt!

Amazing for the price. I stayed 5 nights and I went swimming during the day and studied at night. There are not super markets in a walkable distance but Salvatore took me to the shopping centres twice. He also picked me up from Syracuse when I arrived and his wife took me back to Syracuse when I left. So they did amazing in making me feel comfortable. There is also a lovely and kind Golden retriever at the yard who loves to play. Everything necessary is provided for your stay, even coffee, sugar, chocolate and bottled water. It is good if you plan to spend the days outside and only come back to sleep. If you don’t have a car, you can pay Salvatore and he will take you to different locations.

Il soggiorno da Mauro è stato bellissimo. La casa è stupenda, curata negli arredi, ampia e comoda negli spazi e molto pulita. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge e centri abitati. Molto consigliata.

Il soggiorno da Pasquale e stato davvero piacevole quasi come stare a casa, l’alloggio e fornito di tutto dalla cucina alle altre aree della casa non manca nulla! Ha tanti spazi e 2 bei terrazzi con vista panoramica 🤩Pasquale e una persona molto gentile, educata e sempre disponibile , ci ha accolti di persona e in casa ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca e tante merendine per lo snack 😋grazie da tutti noi
