Nice apartment, good location

This is a true gem! -Cute house with privacy and very clean. -Walking distance to a GORGEOUS beach. -Bed was the most comfortable on our trip. -Beautiful gardens and sunsets. -Quiet cove but walking distance to restaurants and very friendly locals who made us feel right at home! Nuran was so helpful and stayed up to welcome us and make sure we found it okay. She was so friendly and accommodating, always available and made recommendations on places to eat and things to see. An example of her amazing hospitality is when we told her we came for rock climbing, she picked up her phone and called her friend who is a local climber to give tips on locations and timing. We told her we were celebrating a birthday when we originally made the reservation and she remembered and set up a cake and candles with a card for our arrival! You definitely will not be disappointed. We’re already excited to come back!

This is the second time we've stayed in this house. The first time we had a great time, but now with the addition of the pool the experience became even better. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable and very quiet, ideal for relaxation. The location is very convenient and Angelos is always available and friendly, which we appreciated very much during both our visits. We were happy to see that the house is evolving without changing the beautiful feeling it had left us from the first time. I'm sure we'll be back

This place is a quintessential Greek vibe – charming, picturesque and perfect to feel like a local village. The cottage is clean and well-equipped with towels, soap, spices, pots and silverware. The owner is very hospitable and you are only 600 meters to the sea. There are local bars, shops and a bakery nearby, so everything is on hand. Outside you can relax under the umbrella or use the outdoor shower. For the active, there are bicycles available, and windsurfing and kitesurfing can be tried in the area. It's a quiet place, only 20 minutes from the airport, is excellent for relaxing. Amazing Villa with a beautiful pool and an incredible view to the beach and the mountains!

Located within the walls of the castle it’s really fun walking through the old streets and alleys and our hotel is part of it. Once you enter your room it is just as pictured and the refrigerator was loaded with drinks and snacks. Great bonus after a long journey.

Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran are two people in the world that we are very happy to know. The house we stayed in was spotless and very cozy. The view was huge. Our stay was nice, the house, the bathroom and the linens are clean and new, the location is quiet, the evenings in the garden were nice. The attention was nice. We did not have any problems, and we responded immediately to any questions. The only problem was we couldn't use the pool at all because there were so many hornets. It may be better to find a solution to the bee problem.

It's a great place to stay - home away from home. I remote worked and it was just perfect for that. All appliances one could need - washing machine, dishwashing, blender, oven with grill, etc. Excellent supermarket, fresh fruit market, pharmacy and coffee place literally just accros the street. It's a great place if you want a city place to stay among the Greek. It is definitely not touristy. However, my favorite beach with pristine water and fine sand was a 10 min walk away, a few minutes by e-bike. It is my favorite as mostly locals there, hardly any infrastructure yet the best sand beach around Rhodos town. Nothing compared to the 'nice' tourist beaches with lots of amenities around Ellies beach, which look nice, are expensive (min €20 for loungers and parasol) and you need shoes to enter the water because of the shingles or rocks. It's a quarter of an hour walk to the Old Town, again few minutes by e-bike. I loved the place and location, for me it was perfect.

fabulous apartment plenty of space for the six of us. spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast provided which sadly we didn't have time to eat as we left at 4am for our flight to Athens. Dimitrios was a great host.

Marco was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Near the shops and restaurants and quick walk to the beach as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment very close to the Old Town. 🗺️Its super clean and has a everything you would need, ideal to explore the city. You can park on the street so if you have a rental you can also explore other sites! Vaselios was an amazing host, very available and it was lovely to meet in person! When we’re back in Rhodes, we‘ll surely book here again! ☺️

The Anchor House is such a perfect property that I almost want to keep quiet in order to keep it all to myself! Our stay was perfect from beginning to end, from the taxi transfers arranged to transport us from the harbour to the property, to our daily breakfasts under the light of the olive tree and dinner on the terrace with the most astonishing sea view. Without a doubt, the housekeeper Jenine is the reason this stay was so perfect - she organised every detail and helped us plan every day. She was a pleasure to chat to every morning and made us feel so welcome. This place simply felt like home - if only we could have stayed for longer. I cannot recommend this property enough - for Symi there simply is no comparison.

We loved our stay here. The room is really comfortable and clean and has an amazing view. There is a really nice outdoor seating area and kitchen which is communal with other guests (but we were the only people staying there so had it to ourselves). The breakfast was so good, by far the best Turkish style breakfast we have had in our 4 weeks in Turkey. Cigdem was very kind and even upgraded our room. We also loved playing with the various cats and dogs on the property. We would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s only 9 mins drive to the beach so we swam every morning before breakfast. Absolute bliss.

Yilmaz and Ülfet are some of the most gracious hosts you could ever ask for. It felt like we were staying with family from the moment we arrived until we left. Truly a unique experience, between the lush garden, delicious homemade turkish breakfasts, and breathtaking views I give this airbnb my absolute highest recommendation!

The Anchor House has to be the best place you could ever wish for on Symi. the prices are brilliant for what you get. We have been to Symi many times over the years but the location, high standards of finish and amazing hospitality is outstanding. The rooms have high ceilings, sea views and super cool. Shutters open or closed you wake up feeling like you are on the Mamamia set. The design of the property is very good indeed, as there are many chill-out locations in the shade or in the sun throughout the day, and the views are breathtaking and two choices - sea or one of the prettiest harbours in the area. You are out of the hustle and bustle of town at The Anchor House....it's a really nice walk to start your day heading to a taxi boat to a remote beach on the island or a romantic walk home after supper Symi town has only one beach and you are located right at it so morning swims before the beach gets busy is achievable at 8am....that's then followed by a warm shower and a breakfast prepared for you by Janine who does such a brilliant freshly squeezed juice. As you can tell we like Symi but this is a new level all together. Happy Holidays!

It was cozy and very modest like in my peaceful own home. Both Palamutbükü and olive pension met my wishes. If you're not a fond of luxury, it's great if you're a natural like me. Despite this price, the breakfast was amazing for me. Ms. Seda gave her permission to use her kitchens for dinner, and she was a very helpful operator. Thank you so much for everything ☺️

We had a wonderful week at Majestic Green studio. The studio looks very well looked after, it was clean and tidy and the small decorative details improved our experience. There’s also a balcony which views on the street and it was more spacious than we thought. The location was quite convenient with a supermarket and a coffee shop within a 2 min walk. We were always walking to old town or the more modern center, it was only a 10 min walk to st Athanasios Gate. The distance to the port is also walkable in case you need to take a boat to the surrounding islands. From the very first moment Vasilis was an excellent host, always responding to messages within minutes, he welcomed us to the apartment despite our late arrival due to our flight’s delay, he gave us very clear instructions about the neighbourhood and he recommended us a nearby beach and restaurants with good food. Generally, it was great staying at Vasilis’ studio and we would definitely trust him as a host again! Thank you

The location and view were great, both the sea and the sea were calm and quiet, the fact that the facility has its own pier is super, the migros is right next to it, there are not many restaurant alternatives around, Selimiye is 20 minutes by car, there was an alternative for 1 hour, the only negative side was the rooster next to the facility, you can wake up with a strong acoustic, we had to close all the windows.
