Monthly Rentals in Sylvania

We had a wonderful stay at Kaye's place. The home feels so cozy and we felt right at home. The garden is beautiful and so well kept, it is a little private oasis with a spa to relax in. My son, 6 months old loved the house and watching the birds in the garden. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The location is great! so many coffee shops to walk to, train station that goes directly to the City, Cronulla, Westfield Miranda or down the coast. The house has absolutely everything you need and Kaye is a wonderful host. I highly recommend Kaye's place and we will definitely be back.

Perfect for what I needed. Hosts were very helpful and made the stay stress free. Accommodation is located in a great spot for the local amenities and train station only a 5 minute walk if you want to go further afield.

So comfortable & host Yanping so lovely & accommodating I can't recommend highly enough! So well appointed, tastefully decorated making it warm & inviting with beautiful pool & relaxing outdoor area with comfortable seating & BBQ, fantastic kitchen with everything a family/group could need, very comfortable big couch in lounge with free Netflix, full laundry, lovely bedrooms & bathrooms with everything clean & well presented. Very large so plenty of space, full of natural light upstairs & down, & A/C works well keeping the house at a comfortable temperature (also lovely fireplace but didn't need that during summer). The neighbourhood is peaceful as it's very quiet & people are friendly. I chose this airbnb as it allowed dogs & my dog needed open heart surgery at VSOS conveniently located close by, as were shopping centre, restaurants & cafes & the beach. Yanping was so understanding ensuring we had everything we needed & my dog kept quiet so I will be ever grateful thank you so much :)

I had a lovely by Grant, it is an absolute great spot if you are working close by. Uber drivers are readily available (always just 5min wait time) big Shopping Centre only 800m away. I will be back next week. Thanks a mill Grant. See you soon (next week). Thanks
