Wir wären das 2. Mal dort, da wir schon beim 1. Mal sehr zufrieden waren und die Kommunikation mit Eleni und ihrem Mann toll war und die Wohnung in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Christos and his wife Maria were so friendly and responsive from the moment we arrived making us feel right at home. The apartment has plenty of space and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would gladly stay with them again in the apartment anytime we visit Evosmos. Thank you both for your hospitality!!!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

Ich war für eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung, um dort remote zu arbeiten. WLAN Verbindung war sehr gut. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl im Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur großen Dachterrasse. Man hat einen weiten Blick auf die Stadt von der Terrasse aus inklusive Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auch Restaurants und Bars. Zur Promenade ist es auch nicht weit. Bushaltestellen sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, einiges Kulturelles wie Museen gut zu Fuß.

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς με οποιοδήποτε μέσο, ακόμη και με τα πόδια! Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη, μας δόθηκαν αναλυτικές οδηγίες, με ευγένεια, ενώ ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Effie ile iletişim oldukça kolay ve hızlıydı. Evde çokça şeyi düşünüp hazırlık yapması bizi mutlu etti. Evin yeri çok merkezi. Her yere yürünebiliyor. Şehirde otopark genel olarak sıkıntı fakat evin tam karşısında ücretli otopark da var. Oldukça memnun kaldık 4 yetişkin 2 çocuk 3 gece konakladık.

Anke und Evangelos sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, um nicht zu sagen noch viel besser. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause, alles ist sehr hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Auch gibt es Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern, was ich absolut toll fand. Der Pool lädt nicht nur zum planschen sondern auch verweilen ein, bei den aktuellen Temperaturen ist er angenehm kühl, der Garten eine kleine Oase. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder sobald der Kalender dafür freigeben ist. Vielen Dank

Το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και διέθετε χώρο στάθμευσης ακριβώς από έξω. Ο Χρήστος ήταν φιλικός και απαντούσε άμεσα. Μου έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες, τόσο πριν, όσο και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου.

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Εξαιρετικος χωρος με ολες τις ανεσεις. Το σημειο ειναι κεντρικο και ευκολα προσβασιμο.

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

Η διαμονή μας του συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και έχει πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σχεδόν παντού. Αν κοιμάστε ελαφρά καλό θα ήταν να έχετε μαζί σας μία μάσκα ύπνου γιατί το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

Nous sommes très contents de l'appartement proposé. Très propre, avec tous les électroménagers disponibles. Nous avons reçu des instructions claires pour l'accès dans l'appart. Très bien situé et aussi des super restaurants juste à côté. Nous avons passé un extraordinaire week-end à Thesaloniki. Merci

I have been staying in Thess for approaching 3 years and I have to say that even though each apartment is unique in it's own way, I absolutely loved this one - it felt sooo cozy, warm and really like a home. I absolutely loved the style of it, the decor was very well thought of and it was incredibly spotless clean upon check in. I also absolutely love this area, and probably more so than the Roman Agora where I have always stayed previously. This was the perfect fit! The bed - super comfy with such nice sheets, the kitchen is more than generous in size with everything that you possibly need and much more, the shower is huge and the aircon works incredibly well. The WiFi - completely uninterrupted, so absolutely perfect for digital nomads and remote workers (like myself). The check-in was incredibly smooth and Savas was always responsive and very clear and prompt in all his communication. I'd give this a 11/10 and I can't wait to return. Thank you Savas for such an incredible stay!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Ubytování bylo dobře umístěné kousek od hlavního náměstí a od promenády ubytování bylo čisté. Proces pro příjezd byl jednoduchý, pomocí schránky na klíče.

Το κατάλυμα είναι εξαιρετικό για διαμονή ενός ζευγαριού. Είναι τόσο καλό που προτιμάς να περνάς περισσότερο χρόνο σε αυτό παρά εκτός. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Έχει τα πάντα σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Από σούπερμαρκετ και εστιατόρια καφέ κάθε είδους, μέχρι στάση μετρό και λεωφορείων. Το πάρκινγκ είναι εύκολο. Το μοναδικό μικρό μείον (όχι και τόσο σημαντικό ωστόσο) είναι το ίντερνετ εντός του χώρου. Αν είστε επαγγελματίας και χρειάζεστε ταχύτητα για να ανεβάσετε ή να κατεβάσετε μεγάλα αρχεία, θα σας πάρει πολύ χρόνο. Το κατάλυμα είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχω επισκεφτεί και σίγουρα αποτελεί πλέον την Νο1 επιλογή μου για το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης.

L’appartement est très bien situé. Un supermarché a 50 mètres et proche de tout. Il a été parfait pour notre séjour. Les deux chambres étaient parfaites. La plus grande n’a pas de porte, juste un rideau. Les matelas sont très confortables. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont petites. On y rentre que l’un après l’autre. L’appartement étant un peu en sous sol il est frais. Ce qui est très agréable quand il fait chaud dehors. En ce qui me concerne j’ai été ravie d’y voir beaucoup de chats nous rendre visite. Mais l’espace de la terrasse est fermé. Cela fait qu’ils ne viennent pas dans l’espace habitable. Loannis nous a donné de supers conseils. nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Aussi, encore un grand merci pour l’aide lors de notre panne de voiture !!! Propriétaire très gentil et toujours joignable. Nous reviendrons :-)

Appartamento nuovo, molto ben equipaggiato, pulito con parcheggio privato. Ideale per due persone, ma anche adeguato a chi viaggia con un bambino/a. Non lontano dal centro che è comodo da raggiungere in taxi o in auto e ben posizionato per partire alla scoperta dei siti archeologici di Pella e Aigai. La zona circostante non offre il massimo, ma a 5-10 min a piedi c’è un centro commerciale con un supermercato super fornito. I nostri hosts son stati super gentili.
