Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, modernen Unterkunft. Ruhige und ländliche 48qm Wohnung mit Teeküche (ohne Kochmöglichkeit) in der Nähe zu Bonn (10km Stadtmitte), Köln (30km), Phantasialand 15km, Euskirchen Therme 15km, dem Jakobsweg, Römerkanal, Naherholungsgebiet Kottenforst und der Eifel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain in unserem Haus das wir selbst bewohnen. Unser Ort hat ca 3500 Einwohner . Alle nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden.

Our apartment is located in beautiful Swisttal-Heimerzheim. Experience a comfortable stay in our well-equipped apartment, ideally located in the charming municipality of Swisttal, which has a very good infrastructure. The excellent connection to the A555 and A61 highways allows you to easily reach Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the world. We are just a stone's throw from the Euskirchen Thermal Baths and Phantasialand in Brühl.

Karina Zimmer is so different and special that you can't imagine it. I was really happy to be able to live in such a great house. But most of all, I remember beautiful conversations.

Thank you dear Lydia, for this beautiful, super clean and lovingly furnished apartment. The communication and location were great. Lydia and Bruno are very warm people. We felt at home and would be happy to come back.

The room is exactly as described, cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for your everyday needs. There are hotplates, pots, dishes and cutlery. A small coffee maker is in the room, fridge right outside the door. Christoph is easy to reach and always friendly. A large parking lot is steps away. I'd love to come back
